Don’t change the route automatically during trip navigation
I don’t want Waze to change the route automatically without my permission after I chose at the beginning. It happens I choose a ruote and then, just for avoiding few minutes of traffic, I have to pay more highway and more fuel for longer route. I want Waze ask for me permission to change, despite a simple pop up “better route found” in which I can only choose yes, and if I don’t reply yes (of course I m driving) Waze change it automatically. Add Dismiss/Ignore/Close/X button on alerts and warnings
My screen is constantly flooded with Car on Shoulder, Object on Road, etc etc etc all the time. They take up half the screen! When these pop up, I can't report other hazardous things because these alerts and warnings take away the Report button.
Allow us to dismiss, ignore, close, or exit out of alerts and warnings, rather than just "Still There" and "Not There". There is a huge difference in these.

Bring back direction only voices
Bring back more English (US) direction only options like Randy and Nathan were. Currently Amy is the only option I see without street names, or the other extraneous comments the themed voices all seem to have.

Voice note from loved ones at relevant times
The ability for users to record a few word from their loved ones. These play at relevant times like "Take care on your ride Mummy ", etc Have a break Granded you've been on the road a for 3 hours . ~Hey Mum, Take care now your on the motorway.. head up , look ahead be safe . Love Abigail."

Turn by turn direction alert only for last few kilometres option
Is it possible to give turn-by-turn instructions only for the last few kilometres (configurable), while the rest of the trip will give only hazard alerts? This will help enjoy the music without interruption during the initial journey in know roads.

Song title not shown in Waze when switching tracks via steering wheel in YouTube Music
Problem: After a Waze update (around 6 months ago), the integration with YouTube Music stopped showing the song title when switching tracks via the steering wheel buttons in the car.
Expected behavior: When a new song starts (either automatically or by switching with steering wheel buttons), Waze should display the song title in the popup, the same way it still works in Spotify.
Actual behavior: Waze only shows the song title if the song starts automatically. When switching tracks with steering wheel controls, no song title appears.
Additional info: Spotify and other music players work correctly — the issue only…

favorite Road between 2 points
For example, if I am going to my work, Waze will suggest 3 ways and will give priority for the shortest time and distance to start.
But I want to use the second option, so each time I have to open and choose that option.
My suggestion is to make a favorite icon in front of this road.
When that road is a favorite, it means it will be the first option even if it’s not the shortest one.1 vote -
Street names hide important information
The name of the streets hides the visual information of the map in intersections or roundabout. This is a problem, not a suggestion. The voices information is important but the visual indications are important too. May be a check button to enable or disable that information about the name of the streets could be the solution. thanks.

Show the restaurant log and symbol of the restaurant in the area.

Show the ATM banks in the area. Like for example, show the chase bank logo and symbol. Do it for all banks.

Roll back android auto update
its broken to the point that its completely unusable in a 10 gen civic.
the resolution seems to be set far too large for the small center console screen. What shows is a button that is far tool to show it appropriately, and the map looks like...well around the edges of the button you can sort of see some map and it seems to zoom really far out (while city driving).
you cant see anything, around whatever button that is, let alone use it for anything.
to make it worse, someone bright idea to make it default to have buttons…

Add Support for Mopeds, Bicycles & Moped Speed Checks (Known as Rollerbanks)
I suggest adding support for mopeds and bicycles as selectable vehicle types in Waze, allowing users to receive more accurate routes tailored to bike lanes and moped-accessible roads. Additionally, introducing a report option for roadside speed checks specific to mopeds (commonly known as "rollerbanks" in some regions) would greatly benefit two-wheeler users by improving route awareness and promoting fair, transparent traffic monitoring.
