Make text clearer
In android auto, smaller text on the map is barely readable due to it not having anti aliasing and the text isnt even aligned correctly, so every letter has a 1-2 pixel height difference, and the text is also jittery.
Please, fix this. In google maps, it renders really well even on lower resolution displays.2 votes -

The colors of the route for an interim stop vs the destination are too similar, they should be easier to distinguish at a glance.
The colors of the route for an interim stop vs the destination are too similar, they should be easier to distinguish at a glance. Especially when they loop back on each other or there are u-turns, etc.. It's like one is blue-purple and the other is purple-blue. They should be completely different color families. You don't want to have your eyes off the road so long trying to figure out if you're following the correct color.

Alternate Routes
The last update to Waze made it more difficult and unsafe while driving. Prior to the update, I could click one button for alternate routes and it would bring up three on the screen. Now it brings up one and now I have to take my eyes off the road to slide the other options up. This was a bad idea of an update. Waze is the only map app that provides quick alternate routes while driving and now it is become risky to use.

Save vehicles
Sometimes I ride my motorbike, sometimes I drive my car. Both have different properties. The car uses diesel, and have highway vignette. With bike, I don’t go on highways, and it uses petrol 95. It would be nice to have an option when I open Waze, that it asks me “which vehicle are you using?”. Then I can choose my car or bike, and it loads in their previously saved properties, so i don’t have to change them one-by-one every time I change my vehicles. Clear alert off screen
When you have a report on the screen and I dont acknowledge it, can you please clear it out of the screen instead of leaving it on for the rest of my 45-minute drive? It is distracting, and by the time I press an option, it is not correct because I am way past that point. It is confusing, and when I want to report an alert, it gets in the way and won't let me send an alert.

Bike path crossing alerts
In bicycle-centric cities like Madison, WI, the roadways are full of bike path crossings. Some have flashing yellow lights, while others are simply painted green. Alerting drivers of bike path crossings would make cities like Madison much safer.
For reference, I was rear-ended at one with full flashing lights last year. It could have been fatal had the cyclist not been crossing the other side of the boulevard at the moment of impact.
Please consider giving Waze users the option to be alerted at bike path crossings!
