Over the last 2 weeks (>15 days) I have driven more than 2000 km, but I have not received any points for these distances. What could I do. It says that I should wait for 7 days, but I have now waited more than 2x that time and still no points.
Posting here since there is no way to contact support except here.
What is the problem??

Only place I could find to ask for help. I got new phone, and accidentally started a new acct with the same phone #. Now won't load either
I need help! I got a new phone and when I went to Waze app, I tried to log in, but created a new acct instead with the same phone number. Now it won't load either account. A suggestion would be to have somewhere to get technical support. The forums are a jumble of info.

what is in the next release
can you update this website and especially this view so that it is possible to show the highest voted suggestions. It would be good to get views from your product owners against the suggestions. Showing whether any of these suggestions are likely to make their way into a future release, by having more interaction between the community and you guys...

how about being able to click on a different part of the road that you are not on and sending a report of police or a hazard
Click on a different part of the map that you passed or side road you aren't on to make a report that you see

Waze sucks
tried to recover password and couldn't try new account and if log off still can't log back in not sure how many accounts are connected to number when use number to try to long in will not let me.

Dont go there
Let my choose road or junctions that I don't want to drive thru. If a lot of people will use it the authorities could use the information and plan the roads better.

Calculate speed of travel adjusted for vehicles turning around
This morning I was caught in a traffic jam in which we traveled 1 mile in 24 minutes. The app was showing travel speed for the area of 8-12 mph at the time because of the number of vehicles exiting the traffic jam to turn around or cutting out of the traffic through side streets. This causes inaccuracy in the eta and may have resulted in routes 'b' or 'c' being faster. Fatigue

1. יש לי טלפון סמסונג 4 NOTE . יש לי גם דיבורית בלוטוט של Buddy. במשך שנתיים הכל עבד בסדר, לפני כחודשיים ימים הדיבורית הפסיקה להעביר הורואות של WAZE דרך הדיבורית למרות ששיחות הטלפון מעובירה ונשמעים בסדר.
2. תוכנת ההפעלה של הטלפון היא כמובן אנדרואיד אחרונה. אינני מצליח לתקן שגיעות כתיב או למחוק כתובות בלתי נחוצות.
אנא, תמצאו פתרון לשתי בעיות דחופות.
בעיה פחות דחופה היא דחיפת פתרונות כמו הצעות לקחת נוסע. למה אין כפתור לאישר הסכמת שמוש הצאה זו שהיא עבורי לא רלונתית. כאשר…1 vote
