Flip or swap speed to other side of screen (for CarPlay) and/or make speed limit as big as actual speed.
Hi. Love Waze, but this idea is one of three that would take it from good to great for me...
Problem: For RH Drive vehicles, especially with CarPlay or where the phone is mounted to the left of the steering wheel, the speed limit (as opposed to actual speed) is too hard to read quickly while driving.
Some solutions:
1) A simple option to flip (or swap) the speed widget to the other side of the screen... and / or
2) An option that displays the speed limit the same size as the actual speed, perhaps partly tucked behind the…3 votes -
Guardar lugares en carpetas organizadas
Seria bueno que waze tenga la opción para organizar lugares en carpetas o listas y que podamos nombrarlas y editarlas, por ejemplo, pase por un restaurante o un teatro que me llamó la atención y quiero guardar la ubicación para volver después lo pueda hacer y que en el mapa quede guardado y me lo muestre con un ícono que puedo escoger dependiendo de la categoría y me genere una alerta cuando pase cerca al lugar.
Ejemplo:

STOP and semaphore signals

Stop popups while driving
Our insurance provider gives a discount for safe driving. To get the discount I can't touch a screen while driving. While driving using Waze, popups block the screen but I can't close them. If there is no way to disable ALL popups, I will uninstall waze and find another app.

Bus lane - options to enable them and present them on the map
I have EV and I have enabled EV mode. In my country, EV can drive on bus lane.
I was expecting that Waze would take that into consideration and it is : yesterday, when I set up the destination, Waze told/asked me that "The route might contains directions on bus lane". I had the checkbox to hide the prompt in the future (which I marked) and button like ok/dismiss (I don't remember). Speedometer colors
I’d like to see the ability to change the speedometer numeral and background colors, especially when over the speed limit. Red numerals on a black background are difficult for me to read.

Alertes intempestives
Bonjour, Il y a beaucoup de signalements intempestifs. Certains placent des alertes de contrôle mobile (tête de gendarme) sur un emplacement de radar fixe déjà identifié automatiquement par le système...En plus, ils sont indiqués par des panneaux physiques. C'est inutile, de la sur-information parasite et lourde. Est-ce qu'il y a un moyen d'éviter leur affichage sur l'interface ? Merci,

Allow users to Plan a Drive 1 or more months ahead of time.
PLAN-a-DRIVE: The Plan-a-Drive function on the WAZE app currently limits users to planning a drive only one-week in advance. We can not Plan-a-Drive for next month or next summer.
It would be helpful if we could Plan-a-Drive more than one-week in advance ... OR ... if we could simply Plan-a-Drive and save it for use at some point in the furture.

Show Forward and Reverse Route Options with Distances on Two-Way Roads
I would like to suggest a feature that could enhance user experience when recalculating routes on two-way streets. The idea is that, upon initiating or redefining a route while the vehicle is stationary on such roads, the app would display indicators both ahead and behind the vehicle. These indicators would show the distance and estimated time for both directions, allowing the driver to choose the most efficient route. For example, if proceeding forward results in a 3.5 km journey and turning around leads to a 2.8 km route, the user could opt for the shorter and quicker alternative.

For the love of god change the loud “DINNNNG” sound to something that doesn’t thrash your ears and make you jump out of your seat!
Seriously, why is it so loud and jarring??? It has such a grating quality to it and it is so much louder than any other sounds coming from this app. I don’t even know what kind of alert it is for!!
To be more specific it’s the single toned “DINNG” alert that lingers on the tail end. What happened to the old one? It was just fine. This one sounds like a vocal fry version of getting a giant bell knocked on your head. Fix this ASAP

Police warning
Change the police warning back to (minimally) .5 miles. Changing it to .2 miles help decrease false reports is absurd because that does absolutely nothing except give less time to be warned.

Notification distance has been shortened
The distance for notifications has been shortened from 0.5 miles to just 0.3 miles for all alerts. Please move notification distance back to 0.5 miles or even let me set the notification within the app.

Voice warn Payment zone, Clean Air zone or low emission zone
Payment zones, A Voice warning when selecting from a list e.g. a coffee shop in zone, or when driving towards a payment zone. So that drivers could avoid it or if driving through it they would know an online payment is due later online. Sometimes zone signs are difficult to see when foggy or at night if road is busy. The voice warning would help drivers.
