On iPhone 15 Pro Max, text takes up far too much of the display in landscape mode.
My idea would be to have the option of splitting the display in two when in landscape mode, with the map on the right taking up the full vertical space available, and the directions, ETA and other info on the left. Or vice versa.

Customise CarPlay view
On wide screen car screens Waze buttons are all too small. Make a setting screen to customise the size and layout of the onscreen elements to make it easier to use especially with a touch screen. The Apple buttons have recently been improved in a similar way

Refresh cached destinations
Waze should auto-refresh cached destination locations periodically, for example every 90 days.
Wazers routing to a prior destination that has been updated are still routed to the old location, because Waze caches the location on the device.
Wazers are routed to closed businesses. When a Wazer requests a location update and an editor updates it, the Wazer will still be routed to the wrong location, unless they manually go through and clear out the destination.
Often after an editor updates a Wazer's home address, the Wazer submits multiple reports that it wasn't updated, because the Wazer didn't clear the address…

Recent change, now difficult to report speed limit corrections
Due to semi recent change of reporting UI, I find it very difficult to report corrections to speed limits.

Bonjour, dans l’historique des destinations, on ne retrouve pas les lieux enregistrés, ni les dernières recherches. Ce n’est pas pratique. Avant on voyait toutes nos anciennes destinations… merci de remettre comme avant? Ou alors j’ai modifié quelque chose ? Merci de votre aide

Route options display
Would prefer the option of alternative routes to be displayed after selected routes as previous, the current version only reflected prior to a route being selected and no changes of routes could be made after that, unless to stop the navigation and re-route

Mirandês, Portugal's second official language on Waze
Since 1999, Mirandese (in Portuguese, Mirandês) has been Portugal's second official language. My suggestion would be to include a female voice in the catalogue of available voices (for this voice I can suggest Professor Ana Afonso, who translated Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's "Le petit Prince" into Mirandese) and a male voice that she herself can suggest. Hi,
Could you explain the decision behind the latest update which moved all of the buttons to the far top right corner on the Android Auto/Apple head unit screen. If you're in an American car you have to reach across your entire head unit to hit them. This is dangerous and less intuitive than the previous version that had them in the bottom left (closest to the driver). Very poor decision by the Waze staff.1 vote -

Adding "Storage" as a category for locations/businesses
There is currently no "storage" category for facilities that are built for people to, well, store items. Places such as Self Storages and warehouses. Currently, I've been saving them as "other." I want to propose this category addition not just for easier mapping, but easier searching for Waze drivers.
