  1. Navigation "Training" mode.

    I use it just about every day for going to work on the 405 in Los Angeles and back home. I would like it to indicate how much time the suggested route is saving versus the regular drive I would normally take. I think you would have to add a "training" mode. This way I can decide if it really is worth it to take the suggested route.

  2. Please fix bug and improve the App.

    Dear Sirs,
    I am a user of "Waze" application more than 2 years ago and very satisfied of it.. and that's why I wrote a 5 star feedback to "Google Play"..
    Also I'm ranked in 29th position of my Country (Greece) with name "AnastasiosII"..
    Last 2 weeks the Application appears a bug and can't connect to device's GPS (!!).. so it uses network's approximately position..
    If you're wondering if my phone's GPS works properly the answer is YES and it's tested on "Google Navigator".. and "Sygic" normally..
    Appreciating all your great work I would like make you some suggestions that…

  3. Split the long road into segments

    There is only one option so far to see if there is a jam. The whole segment of the road between the junctions is marked as one piece.

    It is probably fine with very short roads and many junctions, but when the road is long and there is only a relatively small problem - Waze is misleading.

    Besides if I see the last metres before the junction to be red, I understand that there is a traffic light. When the whole street is red - there is a jam.

  4. Faster nightmode detection

    I have an Android car stereo with Waze.
    When I turn on ignition, Android boots up and Waze starts.

    It seems that Waze needs GPS as well as network access to detect night mode. As after bootup, GPS and network needs a while (1 or 2 minutes), Waze starts in day mode even in the night.

    Please, do not addict night mode detection to GPS and network, and look at the local clock. Possibly use last known position and the current time.

    With Waze's full brightness of day mode it dazzles - driving so is really dangerous.

  6. Opposing carriageway incident

    Used to be able to report incident on he opposing carriageway. This feature was lost on an update some time ago but should be introduced, it would update the traffic info database & assist those travelling on that route by giving early notice & possible diversions.

  7. I have a really genius idea that will use data that Wazeasy already has, to make the experience not only better for the end user

    Don't call them "accidents"! Call them crashes. Accidents imply lack of agency, lack of responsibility, "act of god". A crash is neutral and factual, pending investigation and determination of cause.

  14. Work address flips route based on who last use it.

    My work location (a University admin building) has couple entrances with same address via two different streets (Main entrance, and 1st floor ramp back street). Apparently, based on what Waze user last entered the building the route flips to the front entrance without warning which results in route via the north or side south of the city (a waste of time in rush hours.) Is there a way to tie the regular destination to a specific Waze users?

  17. Notificar sobre um grande trecho de buracos

    Deveria haver alguma forma, que pudêssemos informar por exemplo algum trecho na rodovia que contém muito buraco, tipo clicasse em uma opção, por exemplo, que tem buraco em 1km ou 5km ou 20km, pois assim saberíamos se determinado trajeto seria adequado ou não, além que ajudar o DENIT aqui no Brasil concertar determinados trechos.

    Hello waze team, good morning.
    We know that the crisis awakens creativity in the mind of those who feel trapped and having debts to pay. I was on my way to the inner city of piracicaba in SP, accompanied by a friend who directed the waze-oriented application. It was then that I noticed how much the voice that narrated the path bothered me, a formal and feminine voice that left made the route not comfortable.
