Tools need to move
The images of the constant nav aids are etching themselves onto the screen of my Samsung S8 so I can see them when other lighter coloured apps are on my ph...Doesn't look good...I use Waze daily...

Add an option to label if a location has a drive-thru or not.
I have gone to too many dunkin’ Donuts and have been disappointed to find that it is not a drive thru location. Sometimes I am not able to leave my car so it would be nice to see which locations have a drive thru.

No vocal instruction is needed for the normal (fastest) route
Assume that I commute to my work every day and if there is no traffic jam, I know what is the best/fastest route and for that I don't need any vocal instruction (to remind me, where to turn left...) In this situation it's only annoying.
The suggestion would be: add an option for "professional commuters" and for the normal fastest way, by default activate "Alerts only" and in case, there is a faster route, then activate "Sound on".

waze "loses server" departing for destination, drops route, still has destination, no way to get back to route, forgets the route. The destination soccer ball is still there, but no way to get it to restore the route. Start over. :(

Exit "by"?
Is someone translating an idiom in a foreign verbatim into English. (Also stay to the left "by" exit…). Can we go back to "take the … exit" or "exit TO …" or "stay to the left AT … exit"?

Safety Idea for new added buttons
Safety Idea: to lesson diverting eyes from roadway to waze screen add two default buttons one in each upper corner for the two most reported incidents...1) warning for car hazard on shoulder a head, and 2) police reported visible

I was just wondering why the police officer face and construction officer faces are male?
Just not sure why the faces in the app ( police office and construction worker)are male? Why even have a face? You could use a badge or a traffic cone instead...

Support CarPlay Notifications
With this feature we can it is possible to display warnings in all other CarPlay apps .
Also in BMW Cars it is possible to use the native navigation system and Idrive switch automatically back to CarPlay mode when your app send a notification.

Traffic cameras combined with Waze live map for visual context
Traffic cameras provide visual context for the roadway environment. Humans are visual and like to have visual confirmation. "A picture is worth a 1000 words". Favorite cameras can be included to provide information along a regularly traveled route. This will provide the Wazer with the opportunity to view conditions prior to committing to a route. Traffic cameras can be displayed along alternate routes.Traffic cameras can be enabled when a Wazer is stationary to avoid driver distraction.

Ads too small to see while driving
Whenever I stop, an ad pops up on Waze. Of course I don’t want ads, but if you are going to do them make them much simpler and larger so the driver can read them. They are crowded with content and tiny which make them useless.

Add add'l servers to system
Quite often Waze will not provide nav route and gives "error can't connect to server" message. Thinking there are many more users now and add'l servers are needed. Otherwise love the app.

WAZE as a tool for the destination
You indicate a destination on the WAZE, and this leads you, with pertinent updates. The destination might know that when you are arriving, for example a restaurant, if you encourage customers to access the WAZE to go there, the restaurant could have a scoreboard with the arrival information and could program. Open your minds for use in hospitals, airports, cargo transportation, ...

Stop navigating to where you suggested instead of the address I'm explicitly choosing
This drives me crazy: That little countdown timer around the suggested destination keeps counting down even as I go and search or choose a favorite or planned drive or whatever. Often, even after I make my choice, the timer finishes and supersedes my choice. Sometimes it takes a while for me to notice that Waze is sending me to the wrong place!
