Show factors that impact route prediction.
Show factors that impact route prediction.
Example: New Orleans has many closures during Mardi Gras season.
I had Waze show route to a Burger King that I knew would be impacted by closures. The pre-route screen did not show any information that would hint to the problem.
The route did come up as expected that was far from a direct route.
Then checking the map in Waze, it did show the many closures that the route page did not.Waze should show closures, traffic, Hazzard Reports and anything else that would impact the route.

No android auto deveria ter opção de inserir o destino por voz (pesquisa de endereço por voz). Ter que digitar na tela da multimídia é terrível. Outra sugestão é deixar já como padrão a opção de digitar no telefone.

Ability to set an Editor Email
I've already seen this suggestion https://waze.uservoice.com/forums/59225-map-editor-suggestions/suggestions/41506807-ur-reply-via-email but I thought this would be a nice compromise.
Let editors set an Editor Email in WME, that becomes the reply-to address on report emails (for those who don't know: there is a difference between the reply-to and sent email address). The sent email can be changed to something like userreports@waze.com and then the editor can just receive the reply to their editor email.
Just to clarify, by editor email, I mean our own email addresses we already have for editing related things (e.g. deviatefromtheplan.waze@gmail.com), rather than Waze creating email addresses for us.…

"Known for having speed traps"
There are some places, at least in Portugal, that are known for having speed traps occasionally, and, given there's no warning for those speed traps, it would be useful for newcomers

Stop route button in landscape mode
Why is there no stop route button in landscape mode? It doesn't seem like to be a wise idea to not have all the same user interfaces as you do in portrait mode.

Add a sound mode that just announces turns
Too many “Car stopped in .5 miles”. It interrupts way too often. I turn off sounds and then miss a turn

Report Dangerous LED Lights
LED lights such as unshielded floodlights or bright LED billboards are a traffic hazard. Adding an option to Waze to report blinding LED lights would be popular.

Anime Voice Actor as option
I myself am a professional voice actor and would like to offer you my voice and record the "Anime-Voice-Records" professionally in a recording studio. My voice is known from Animes like Black Clover, DanMachi, My Hero Academia and so on. Accordingly, this would be a pleasure for anime fans.

Showing lane signs even without navigation
Sometimes you drive without navigation and reach an intersection where some of the lanes go in different directions, and because of the road conditions the signs are hidden and it is impossible to understand which lane to choose.
It would be useful if the directions of travel in each lane were displayed on the screen, as there is during navigation but without highlighting any lane.3 votes -

When using Apple car play there is no option to add a stop with the closest available location on route
When using Apple car play there is no option to add a stop using the closest available location on your current route. It only shows by mileage but that can sometimes backtrack you.

Waze zoom
While using Waze on Android Auto, request that the map zoom to remain active when the user uses the + or - zoom function. The + or - zoom button function currently resets to a preset full out view within a few seconds after increasing map zoom and is not maintaining the zoom view the user selects.

New interface changes are super uncomfortable and not user-friendly
Earlier to zoom out and check the route one needed to press in the bottom right corner. Now you need to tap on the screen, then press top left corner icon first and then zoom out or zoom in still in the right bottom corner. This is not good as you cover the screen with your hand while driving, and then need to make sure you will press the right button when moving all over the screen. Having these actions in the bottom left corner all together would cause much less friction.

Limiting typing while "driving" does more harm
Voice only while driving limitation is only making the driving much more distracting and dangerous in certain non-english areas such as Bulgaria for example. Where the voice commands are not working properly. I want for my passenger to be able to type in an address while I am driving, so I won't be distracted by battling with the voice commands and constantly checking what was actually found by them and if it's the correct place. Also why is that even when I pull over and completely stopped I still can't type in. My car is not moving... It's really a…

Please keep arrival time on screen during alerts.
Please keep arrival time on screen when alert pops up while driving. Whenever I get speed, red light camera alerts, the arriving time disappears and comes back only after alert goes away.
There is enough room in car play screen for both or make the alert smaller please. I would like to see, arrival time and remaining time left at all times.

Fuel price updates away from fuel station
update fuel prices etc not just at petrol station location. I am at home after getting fuel but cant update .I took photo so could also add photo of all pricing.

Show bus lanes in motorcycle mode
In Australia, we can drive in bus lanes if you drive a motorcycle/scooter, therefore please preference a route with a bus lane, as it will be much quicker than one without.

Exactly like you can do on whatsapp. Share you live location with friends, for a limited amount of time
