I love WAZE. I don't like not being able to have an account. I have signed up, I get your FB posts as well as emails yet, I am not able to communicate when on the road. Today I asked for the ability to create a new password. You send a link. I complied. Showed I was successful, yet when I go to my dashboard - I don't exist. Come on, you are better than this and I am no computer dummy. I am ready to quit and find something else and tell everyone of my friends in the process.…

Improve the layout of the Ready to Go? popup in landscape
In landscape orientation, the Friends section crowds out the much more important Go button.
I have no interest in the Friends functionality, so the space devoted to the friends notice and the Share button are completely wasted. The Routes and Go buttons could really stand to be bigger, so I can hit them while the phone is in its dock.
Where I drive, I often need to know which direction Waze wants me to go immediately; there's no long driveway or road that I have to travel no matter what.

Bug
set destination to point A added a stop to point B - off course.. waze navigated to the stop and then returned to the original course rather then the shortest route from the stop point to the destination.
e.g. from Herzlia to Rehovot, stop in Givataim. waze: road 2 south, road 5 east, road 5 south exit givataim, back to road 4 north, road 5 east, road 6 south - rehovot!!!

iPhone.
Suggestion: app can push brightness to max like passbook or Starbucks app for daytime colors, possible user preference? I find it an inconvenience if the iPhone is adjusted for normal screen brightness for the interior of a car, but this isn't bright enough for ease of viewing when driving.

improve IA and help user
after a ride to work, ask the user if he want to go back the next day.
and ask what time the user wants to get to work.A notification can then appear the next day when he has to leave to get a time (taking into account the traffic in real time)
a widget countdown can also be offered.

Naviga verso foto
Ciao,
in altri navigatori esiste la "funzione" naviga verso foto.
In sostanza con gli smartphone di ultima generazione quando scatti una foto il GPS traccia latitudine e longitudine nelle caratteristiche della foto stessa.
Quando esegui questa funzione il navigatore apre la galleria immagini del telefono e quando selezioni la foto di interesse calcola l'itinerario per raggiungere tale latitudine e longitudine.1 vote -

Making marking spots more easily
I live in Taipei, Taiwan. Information in Waze around Taipei is much less. I often see many important places not shown in Waze map, such as convenient stores and parking space. If we can mark it on map more easily, we can improve map in Taipei more quickly.

Two way or One way scheduled
Here in Brasiília, DF, Brazil, we have some streets that are two way... but, at rush hours it's turned to one way only for a couple of hours.
Also we have another big one that is closed on sundays or holidays.
So, would be interesting to have some editor function to define the schedule of that street... because waze always route us to them and for tourists, that's sucks...

Disallow all undriverable from being connected to roads to prevent routing errors
Walking trails, boardwalks, stairwell (why does this exist) and railroads SHOULD NOT be permitted to be connected to a junction point on a highway, primary road, street, service road or ramp. By preventing the different types from being connected, it should prevent any routing errors from driveable segments onto non-driveable segments.
