Correct navigation. The system should say "drive ....miles" instead of "drive ... minutes"
for example, when the map shows "19 mi" the voice now says to drive "19 minutes" when it should say drive "19 miles"

Finding stops close by enroute to your destination
First, I am a highly experienced WAZE user and customer. I help with road hazards and posting to help other drivers, as much as I can. On a recent trip from New Jersey to Florida, using WAVE constantly, we wanted to find the upcoming Rest Stops or Gas Stations, that were upcoming ahead and "enroute" to our destination. I found it hard to believe that this feature does not exist?! When I was looking for a car wash or gas station, it gave every destination, all over the place in a circumference, behind us, 40 miles away...instead of enroute, 5-10…

Time restricted entry to UK roads
There are roads mainly in London, but increasingly around the UK, where there are restrictions on the times that vehicles can enter. This is usually during peak times such as school runs and LTN aka Low Traffic Neighbourhoods. Proceeding into these roads will result in a penalty as they are covered by ANPR technology.
It would be good to have a facility to add these restrictions.

prioritize environmentally friendly route proposals (with user-value)
nowadays, it is no longer appropriate to always display the fastest route as the default.
just today waze wanted to send me from a 25.2 km route to a 49.9 km route because it was 5 minutes faster. I think 14% time savings for a 58% longer and thus a more material- and environment-harming route, not appropriate!
in addition, vehicles consume less fuel when they drive slower (39 vs 70 km/h average in my example)There should be a user-value in the options with defines the accepted time-distance-tradeoff. In my case a value of about 3 km/min would be accepted:…

Einstellung für vergrößerung der Tachoanzeige
Eine Einstellung womit man die Tachoanzeige vergrößern kann um die Geschwindigkeit und das Speedlimit auf kleinen Bildschirmen besser lesen zu können, wäre sehr hilfreich und würde das Autofahren mit waze nochmal sehr erleichtern
A setting that allows you to enlarge the speedometer display to be able to read the speed and the speed limit better on small screens, would be very helpful and would make driving with waze even easier

It would be nice to have options for delivery vans, 2.5 tons up, some roads are unsuitable for us and some we are not allowed to enter,
It would be nice to have options for delivery vans, 3.5 tons up, some roads are unsuitable for us and some we are not allowed to enter, but the app takes us through them and if we are not vigilant enough because we trust the app we get tickets, some have access restricted and our vans can get damaged using such roads.

Eliminate useless Keep Straight directions
Should be an option to submit unnecessary Keep Straight on the same road directions when the road doesn't even fork. Needlessly hides/delays the next useful direction and also misleads as to how long to stay on the current road until the next actual TURN

Traffic Jam
Waze use to reroute drivers when traffic jam is detected. Rather it's standstill, heavy, or moderate. Now it takes you through it even if it's standstill or heavy. When you manually reroute yourself by exiting the highway. It tries to reroute you back into it instead of choosing the next best route. The only thing that keeps me from doing back to Google is that Google don't show speed limits fast n reports takes some time before you can create a crew report .

Gostaria que fosse acrescentada rotas para carros grandes acima de 15 metros sou motorista de ônibus de turismo e utilizo muito o app pois não temos um para veículos pesados no Brasil e as vezes o app nos joga em rotas apertadas a qual ficamos presos pelo tamanho e altura do veículo

Passer manuellement à l'étape suivante
Quand on a défini une étape sur le trajet (ex: Station essence), il serait intéressant de pouvoir indiquer manuellement que l'on a atteint l'étape souhaitée, et de lancer la trajet pour la destination suivante, sinon faut se rendre au point précis indiqué par Waze, qui n'est pas toujours correct dans certains cas.

More direct routes for emergency response services and fire hydrant locations.
Hi, I propose you look into a toggle option for navigation for emergency services organizations that completely ignores traffic regulations, stop signs traffic lights etc..
Emergency services need to take the fastest route while ignoring speed limits, traffic lights & signs.
It would be very helpful to have a navigation that made more direct routes that completely disregard these things and give you the absolute fastest route.
Also, it would be awesome if there could also be a toggle option to show fire hydrant icons / locations for firefighters.4 votes -

Avoid Following a School Bus
It is always painful for drivers to catch and then follow a school bus for all its stops. Especially in cities, where it can result into big traffic jams. Can Waze partner with the school districts to provide live GPS data of school buses? It will be very beneficial if Waze can alert drivers about a school bus on their route, and give them an option to detour. This will save lots of time for drivers, and make it safer for the school buses because of less traffic.

Multiple access points:
Some destinations can be approached from multiple gates. The route and arrival time to those gates may differ significantly, however, the destination is the same.
Please add the possibility (for starters to work destination) to add multiple gates and navigate me to whatever gate would result in the fastest travel.Example: My office complex has large underground garage with 3 gates and I don't care which one will I use the enter. There are lots of one-ways and going from one gate to another can take 5-10 minutes by car.

Pouvez vous prévoir d’ajouter au moment de la saisie de la destination une tape.. je dois pouvoir sauf une étape au moment où je saisie ma destination. Votre procédure actuelle nécessite le lancer le trajet et de saisir l’étape après ce qui n’est pas intuitif

From October the access rules to the ZTL area B of Milan will change (eg Euro 5 diesel no longer enters), periodically similar things also happen in other cities. it would be useful to be able to select at the start-up phase of Waze, in addition to the type of vehicle, also the pollution class so that the navigator can take it into account when calculating the route and, if the vehicle class is not among those authorized, report that can enter the ZTL and avoid fines.

Je suis entourée de LEZ la je planifie un itinéraire et les différentes suggestions me font passer par des LEZ alors que je peux les éviter. Si vous avez l'option eviter les autoroutes pourquoi pas une pour éviter les LEZ (low emmision zones). Merci.
