When going through other page leave waze in screen short mode without not lose gps information information

After setting your destination, set the tabindex to the GO button.
When you finally tell waze to navigate, it has this additional pop up. The popup does not have the hightlight/active button on the go button (to start navigating), but on the favorite (star) button. This is unintuitive. I had to use the dial while driving, hopefully find the GO button, and then press enter to start the navigation instead of just pressing enter in one go.

Speedometer under speed limit by 5 and 10 for bad weather days
Sometimes we need to travel less than speed limit for safety reasons, there is no option for it

Search parking on visible map
Nowadays only parking places around my position is showm. I cannot stress how dumb it is. People plan things. I need to check where are the parking options BEFORE to see to where I go and THEM decide to wich one drive! THAT IS BASIC!!

Contextual road navigation elements
Waze (so far) does not fully account for overall road context in navigation. We've (ie. my partner and I) have found it treating all roads equally when picking a route, whether urban, rural, wide, narrow, usually parrtially blocked by parked cars, etc. So, I suggest adding a set of options to the system and the navigation algorithm which allows weighting by road type. This could be selected or deselected manually by the user, with some default setting sets (ie. "Prefer Highways", "The Scenic Route", etc).
Based on roads we've used, we suggest the following classifications:
Highway
Fast-moving multi-lane road with…1 vote -
Never stop instructions until the user click on stop
On iPhone, instructions stops when we are close to the destination or when we go too far !! This is almost dangerous. Instructions should never stop until the user click on "stop".

Residential cut through traffic
Anchorage, Kentucky 40223: Routing from Evergreen Road north to Ridge Road or SR146 takes Waze users down Log Cabin Lane or Woodland Road to Glenbrook Road to avoid the intersection at Evergreen and SR 146. These streets are residential with no businesses, churches, or other stops for non-residents. Traffic has increased dramatically, including trucks. Pedestrians, children and pets are at great risk of injury or death just to save a couple of minutes. Please change this routing

Be there by
When leaving your home base, waze could be notified that driver needs to be at final location by a certain time. Then waze could adjust the route by maneuvering through or around traffic, construction… or just simply a quicker route.

Adding a last visited address or location in chronological order. Something more clear to find ANY menu.
Definitely it would be nice to have the last location visited. and in its own folder and in chronological order of places visited last.

Add the ability to notify the user when driving in the oncoming lane.
Add a warning to users about driving against traffic / in the oncoming lane.

Landmarks as part of navigation
Besides just street names and distances, add landmarks to the navigation. Examples: In 500 feet, make a right after the Arbys. In 325 feet, make a sharp left right before the Bank of America. It's a lot easier to see a building than a street sign.

Test Routes
Can you incorporate Practical Driving Test Routes to waze? I'm sure people who already use and recommend waze would find it useful. It can also be a paid service.

Navigation alerts
A voice option with fewer navigation commands would be great. At the moment, you can choose between On, Off and Alerts Only but none of those are ideal. When On and driving in a city, there's just a constant stream of navigation commands as everything is repeated at least twice. With Alerts Only, though, you get no navigation. We need a navigation commands option that just gives a navigation command once.
