Indiquer le département plutôt que la région
Bonjour,
La région est toujours indiquée à côté du nom de la ville.
Étant donné la taille démesurée de certaines région administrative en France (exemple : Grand Est ou Nouvelle Aquitaine) Je pense qu'il serait préférable d'indiquer plutôt le département à côté de la ville, cela serait beaucoup plus précis.Exemple :
Maintenant : Strasbourg, Grand Est
À l'avenir : Strasbourg, Collectivité d'AlsaceMaintenant : Metz, Grand Est
À l'avenir : Metz, MoselleJe pense vraiment que cela peut être mieux niveau précision pour la localité.

It would be nice having an option on Waze settings to avoid entering big cities if there're similar option available

Opcional mostrar nombre de calle
Que sea opcional, mostrar las banderas de nombre de calle, ya que crea confusión con la ruta seguida, porque ambas son del mismo color.

לאפשר בחירת ערים שאינך רוצה לעבור בתוכן.
מציע לתת אפשרות לא לכלול בניווט עיר כמו בני ברק. המון הערכות לא נכונות בזמני הגעה קורות במסלולים הכוללים את בני ברק. לא ניתן לדלג על המסלול ועל כן נופלים לתוך מלכודות זמן. מתסכל ביותר.

Input minute thatt you want to stop
I want to be able to be able to put in a stop time and know what's available at the stop. i.e. restaurants, hotels, fuel, stores (drug, department, hospitals)

Sometimes a route changes mid-route. I would like to set a limit thus that the route only changed if the change resulted in a savings (of a length of time I can set). So "only change route if there is a savings of 5 minutes"0

Better customization options in the settings
I think you should be able to customize your own GPS to be able to avoid certain streets and also to always take Highway as first route priority

Distinguer routes de terre et routes goudronnées
Il serait bon de distinguer les chemins de terre et les routes goudronnées ou de rajouter comme type de véhicule 4x4, tracteur, camionnette ou camping-car; car Waze calcule parfois des itinéraires plus rapides en nous faisant passer par des chemins accessible seulement en 4x4 ou en tracteur. C'est dangereux et souvent on ne peut plus faire demi-tour. En plus parfois on ne gagne même pas de temps à avoir pris ce raccourci du coup! Il faudrait pouvoir faire un signalement "cette route n'est accessible que pour: et lister les types de véhicules différents"

Show All Alternate Route Information and Make It Easier to See and Select While Driving
When driving on a route, Waze lets you select alternate routes. However, there is not enough information given to make an informed choice.
Examples:
A) Waze may suggest a different freeway than the one you're currently on, but to get to that freeway you may be routed on side streets. You know that the traffic on the side streets is not accurately reported by Waze and are busy at that time of day and so you would avoid that route if you knew Waze would route you that way.B) Waze senses that traffic is getting worse ahead and suggests…

Favourite route
I would like to be able to select the route of my choice as my favourite. Having to keep selecting it is annoying.

Multi stop daily routes
For the everyday commuters that carpool. Being able to choose "morning route" & "evening route" that includes 2 or more stops would be great

show public transportation routes
We're in a climate crisis and everybody should drive less when there are alternatives available.
Waze should help with that by suggesting Public Transportation or bicycle routes when selecting a destination, when those routes are viable alternatives (don't bother showing a 3h bus route for a 10 min drive).
This could be similar to Google Maps and use the same data.
Just by showing that there are alternatives, the user might be tempted to try them.
This might be specially useful when driving in cities that have car restrictions, dedicated bus lanes or good bicycle infrastructure that rivals congestion, where…4 votes -

Make option to avoid international borders
Drove from Boston to Michigan and the app continuously tried rerouting us through Canada to save time! Please add an option to avoid international borders so we don't have to worry about being sent through another country if traffic builds ahead.

“Obstruction Ahead” button
Need a quick way for driver to reroute when confronted by impassable conditions or traffic jams. This should be via a button available on the main screen. Thank you.

Add bus gates to waze in Glasgow
Add bus gates for Glasgow city centre to Waze as keeps taking people down the roads we ain't meant to access resulting in fines

Notification when route time meets user requirement
Select a route and receive notification when when the travel time meets user defined time. I.e. i want to go there, notify me when the travel time is less than or equal to 1 hour.

Optional Route Preview
The recent addition of a route preview that can NOT be turned off needs to be removed. I went from being able to efficiently go from place to place as a driver to having to stop and navigate my way through a maze of "here's this route over view. Here's that overview." If I want or need a new route, I'll go find one. Like I always did. At the very least, give us the option to turn that off. It's a waste of time.
