Yesterday (2/28/22) it was responsible for 42% of battery usage on my iPhone 8+.

Possiblity to use Waze on an android device with physical buttons instead of touch screen
I have an android head unit with a non touch screen, I have installed Waze but I can not navigate in the app menu. The headunit buttons are not responsive.

Update Food venues that closed down permanently
Several eateries closed down permanently on my trips. Need to update to avoid wasted time and has.

Close the waze app after use in the same manner as google maps. Maps close without stil being seen on top of the screen.
Put an X on top corner to close it.

don’t have a second login system for suggestions
if there was some secure way to integrate your Waze login system with the credentials used in the Suggestion Box, that would be ideal.
people are likely already frustrated when they come here, so adding so many extra steps with creating a new account and validating is just going to make it worse

Show Congestion/ULEZ zone and tell Waze what car you have
It would be super useful to have the ULEZ/Congestion Charge zones both highlighted in the Waze map. It would be amazing if you could actually make them both different coloured areas with different coloured roads too!
Secondly it would be amazing to be able to tell Waze what car you’re driving and Waze could take that into consideration when planning your route. Several times I’ve been rerouted towards the Rotherhite tunnel which is a 2tonne limit and my car is just over two tonnes so I’d get a fine.3 votes -

Maybe don’t threaten to block people are posting hazards on the road when there’s hazards on the road.
There are literally hundreds of massive, car swallowing potholes in northeastern Pennsylvania and I started alerting people about them on the map and waze says it’s going to block me. Good job Waze!
