Show Call Boxes
Have you ever thought of showing "call boxes" in your app? Data could be provided in the same manner as "hazard," If a user sees a box that is not being shown on the app, they could add the box. This "may" help stranded drivers.

Commuter Mode
I use Waze to give me traffic alerts and alternate routes on the to work and home. In order to do that I have to turn on navigation, but I already know how to get to work and home. If Waze had a commuter mode it could learn my preferred route to and from work, then in lieu of turning on navigation, Waze would know my destination and give me traffic alerts and alternate routes without having to turn on navigation, and I could leave the audio on.

disable pop-ups
Please give us a way to disable the pop-ups. I don’t care that there’s a car stopped on the side of the road in 4/10 of a mile. I can’t see what’s happening in 4/10 of a mile but I just missed my exit because the pop-up covered the details that I need to know now.

Waze to issue Alerts when using CarPlay split screen
According to Waze support, when using Carplay split-screen (where Waze splits screen with other app like music), Waze won't issue traffic Alerts by design!! That's true, I have confirmed it. As soon as Waze returns to "full screen", it resumes issuing traffic alerts (danger, weather, radar, etc).
Split-screen is a quite usefull feature of Car-Play as it simplifies greatly audio/music control on the road, without the issue of messing with several buttons.
Although in split-screen mode the screen area that Waze has to show information is reduced, there is no reason why Waze could not keep issuing the alerts by…9 votes -

no encuentra el centro de fp somorrostro. Muskiz/vizcaya/españa. no se encuentra ni el nombre al hacer zoom sobre el mapa.
se encuentra junto a la ertzaina y junto al centro privado de educacion infantil de muskiz.

Okay, I would like to suggest 2 ideas for future addition.
(1). Make it easy to access SETTINGS. Currently it's very difficult to try to find where the settings button is. Maybe having the icon display on the main screen.(2). Currently it's also very difficult to set the navigation up for a trip for future use. On my Samsung S23 it's so difficult to access the 'save' preview to set the navigation up for a specific time. Please make this option easy to access.

Fix bordeaux rocade directions
When driving in Bordeaux waze only indicates rocade interior or exterior which isnt posted when you are driving. You need to put the direction of city you are going towards. Signs here are posted "Paris" "Toulouse" "Libourne" etc...please add that to waze people are getting lost.

When you need to take a tunnel (go down in tunnel)
Sometimes when you drive you have close choices on your way, take a tunnel or keep straigt on motorway.

GPS Coordinates
Greetings,
Suggest to have a feature to display the ‘GPS Coordinates’ selected destination location and an option to copy.
This feature is very important when reporting or sharing a certain location even on emergency situations.

Je souhaite faire modifier l'orthographe de mon hameau svp. Le Mazilhou 48400 Bassurels selon la carte IGN, sur Waze il y a une erreur sur l'orthographe Le Masillou 48400 Bassurels.

Wenn es zum Beispiel 50 erlaubt ist , sobald ich mehr als 50 fahre, piept Waze solange bist wieder unter 50 bin, und das soll immer passieren, so fährt man nie schneller als erlaubt und wird man nie geblitzt

Add lane icons near the car collision icon
Hello waze! It occurred to me that they put an icon next to a car crash, some arrow that has 3 points. Left, center or right, because I see that many people always ask what lane the collision is in. They say that in the CHAT, that is, the messages, apart from saying negative things.... then... allow those who put car crash icons to also put IN WHICH LANE the accident is, so that the people who see it, you don't have to log in to see the messages. thx a lot, bye!

Report
There needs to be a way to report things when things are behind you!! My husband just had to swerve all over the road to avoid hazardous debris. But we're on the highway going 70+ so by the time I started a route JUST SO I could report it, it wouldn't let me!! That debris is absolutely going to cause damage!

Ability to EXIT from Alert Pop Up
On the new display design, when an alert pops up on the left-hand side (i.e. disabled vehicle on shoulder), it often hides information in the top-left navigation box. The user can not hide that alert box without hitting (1) still there or (2) not there. Oftentimes, the issue is still some ways down the road and the driver has no idea which to press. BUT, the driver presses something -- anything -- to remove the alert because they need to see the navigation information. This probably leads to bad data being shared out. Give the driver the option to HIDE…

Better option with toll roads and highways.
Countries in Europe that have toll roads and Highways which are privatised have a bill which can come every three months and these bills are enormous sometimes, it's hard to understand in Italy for example how much it will cost to use a section of the highway not all of it to reduce some time and pay less. It should be an option to see how much it could cost to use different sections when getting routes that way I can decide and make a compromise between fastest route and the amount of money it costs. Route delen met bijv. thuisfront kan niet, zoals bij Google Maps wel kan. Dit zou een goede toevoeging zijn.

Fixed speed camera alert stuck on screen bug
As soon as I get close to a fixed speed camera the on screen alert for that that appears on the left side of the screen gets stuck there for the whole trip. This is annoying because I can't get alerts for new speed cameras that I encounter during the same trip.

Only say "Driving home" when you specify Home as the destination
When you say "Home" for your destination, Waze says "OK, driving home to <address>." i.e. "OK, driving home to 123 Given Street, Some City, H0H 0H0. It would be better if Waze said "OK, driving home" so that anyone within earshot does not learn the driver's home address.
