  1. Import live Ka and Laser alerts from Escort Live and Valentine One

    While Waze is doing a spectacular job at keeping the users informed of the surrounding through alerts reported by fellow commuters, it does not have a feature to report Radar or Laser threats. Escort Live automatically reports Ka radar and laser alerts through the connected Escort and Beltronics radar detectors. Similarly, YaV1 app reports alerts through V1 detector.

    It would be awesome if Waze can tap into these apps and provide wazers with these Ka/Laser alerts. This way, wazers would be more aware of exactly where and when a traffic enforcement officer is trying to catch his/her prey!

  4. Véhicules "dangereux"

    Dans l'espace DANGER pouvoir grâce à un bouton signaler un véhicule dangereux en circulation (ex en pleine nuit absence d'éclairage ,conduite en état d'ébriété ,chargements défaillants etc.....)
    Sur certaines applications les radars embarqués sont signalés je pense que ça doit être réalisable !

  5. Red tint on the side that traffic is slow

    The red/yellow line is thin and gets obscured by the purple nav line.

    In addition to the current line, I suggest a wider transparent line in red/yellow tint. The wider line should be drawn alongside the road, rather than exactly on it. The line should be on the side that the traffic is on.

    In addition to the obscuring problem, the little moving flow arrows are hard to see when driving, while a broad tint clearly to the side of the road might be clearer.

  6. Replace "Police" with "Emergency Vehicle"

    Just an idea to protect our police officers Waze should just list emergency vehicles. This would let me the user know I should approach with caution and would protect our police, fire, etc. from any misuse of our information. Thanks! Maybe also create a Rideshare group. :)

    Pour la sécurité des motards, il seraît bon de pouvoir s'identifier non pas en tant que voiture mais en tant que 2 roues, ainsi les automobilistes seraient avertis et nous serions mieux protéger

    1. Rename address to something that describes the destination (not simply the address)
    2. Sorting (alphabetical, distance, importance, etc.)

  10. Report traffic lights with poor timing

    I think there could be many benefits to reporting traffic lights with unapporpriate timing mechanisms, i.e. a light on a through street which turns red with great frequency when no cars or pedestrians are using the cross street. This holds up traffic unnecessarily and can cause further congestion. This information could be sold or provided to cities to help them use aggregate information to determine which lights potentially need to have their timing adjusted (Waze could aggregate the top 10 worst timed traffic lights in the city).   11. car icon at bottom of screen when north up map is selected no good.

    For North up map preference, your car icon should be centered on the screen not at the bottom of the screen otherwise you cannot see your path when you are heading south as it quickly runs off the bottom of the screen

  12. Evitar vias com índice de roubo

    Existe um site http://www.ondefuiroubado.com.br/ que o pessoal cadastra quando acontece um roubo ou furto, indicando o local da ocorrência. A ideia era utilizar estes dados para evitar as vias onde o índice de roubo/furtos são altos.

    1 . improve the hebrew - to be more human, less robotic, and won't "cut" the beginning of words.
    2. when using a "blue- tooth" connection, I would like the aplication to recognize it and make the voice connection via the headset device instead of using the cell speaker, and vice-versa.

    Nas estradas onde não existem pista dupla, os motoristas ficam ansiosos para realizar ultrapassagens para evitar veículos lentos. As oportunidades de ultrapassagem podem ser previstas pelo waze que indicaria na tela a aproximação, inicio e fim da terceira faixa. Geralmente a terceira faixa existe em aclives, para que veículos lentos, caminhões etc mudem para a direito facilitando assim a ultrapassagem dos carros mais rápidos.     suggest that the waze application, alert the users regarding air Risks in the states of Rio de Janeiro and sao paulo, kind of a highlight in places like slums, poor communities, streets with high rates of robbery and theft. Warn already on the streets giving access entries of the community, street cumidade such access to such high index of theft, trafficking etc.
