  2. Re-attempt to connect to mobile/wifi signal after starting on offline map

    When a car is parked in underground carpark with no mobile phone signal, Waze will use the offline map with no traffic information However it does not re-attempt to connect to mobile signal/wifi after a minute or two when the car is out in open air, and it continues the whole journal on offline map. Please enable a function to re-try connecting to phone signal via CarPlay

  3. Treat roads with RTC as routable pedestrian path

    Right now, when trying to route to a destination on a closed road, it's pretty much like the road no longer exists and Waze will route to the nearest open road.

    Sometimes, this means that users will be routed somewhere completely different, like to the middle of a highway, to the other side of a raildroad track into a completely different neighbourhood, etc.

    Segments with RTCs on them should be treated as a routable pedestrian path: route the driver to the closest entry point.

  4. CarPlay notifications on home screen

    On Android Auto the home screen provides speed/hazards notifications on the main screen. Can this be added into CarPlay via the home screen instead of having to have the app on full screen to see notifications.

  5. Aviso dinámico: indicación de ciclistas en la via

    Indicador de aviso de ciclistas en la vía. Lo perfecto sería que fuese dinámico, actualizándose con una aproximación de la velocidad de los ciclistas en la vía y la actualizaciones de los diferentes conductores. Muy útil.

  6. I would like it to show destination time when crossing time zones

    When we put in a destination and there is a time change, it gives us the arrival time of our current location. I would like it to show The time zone of which we are traveling to. Other than that, the app is great.

  7. Pedestrian crosswalks as a hazard (For crosswalks with no stop signs)

    There are some crosswalks with no stop signs. I believe this would make crosswalks easier to spot when more obvious signals are not present (stop signs, lights, etc)

  8. Waze version for oversized vehicles like buses and trucks

    A waze version where you can input the size of your vehicle so that it will navigate avoiding low bridges and tight corners and narrow roads. This will help school buses, touring buses, RVs, and trucks. Is this in the plans for Waze? I love the app for my normal sized vehicle (cars and pickup trucks). THANK YOU.

  9. Bring Back Pave

    Bring back the Pave function! This could be coded just to the user so they can use it to help get the roads set up in WME. Driving is an extremely useful way to get started with new roads and improves the map editing process. Maybe someone needs to be above a level 1 editor to use it, but it’s extremely helpful if used as part of editing low geometry builds.

    I recently used Waze on my CarPlay on a multi state trip and at no time I knew which state I was in. It would be a good idea to indicate the state's names somewhere on the display as you travel through them

  14. Add toggler on/off “Street Names”

    Guys, make toggle “Switch off the Road Names”. It’s DANGEROUS!!!! It covers the whole intersections with useless names and makes it hard to see where to go. I have 1 000 000 km of driving experience, i am the pro+ driver and i want to say - it’s very DANGEROUS!!!

  15. Have music apps not freeze while using Waze. "Please know that music apps are not supported in Android Auto when using Waze". How dumb.

  16. Caravan Mode / Follow Me Mode

    I've been thinking in a new mode for Wazers... I've been driving with family along the road in different vehicles, not once we've been able to keep the same speed or pace and we end loosing sight of where the vehicles are. In Mexico safety its a very important matter, and everytime we are not able to see where the other cars that are driving with us we call them or text them to see if everything is fine. I imagine a Caravan Mode in which multiple Waze accounts are linked for a trip and you can watch the vehicles…

  18. Integrate TTS in Catalan for speed camera alerts / Integrar TTS en català per a les alertes de càmeres de velocitat

    My suggestion is for the following feature:
    Enable Catalan for speed camera alerts
    My suggestion solves this problem:
    Fix the issue where, when the app is set to Catalan, the TTS alerts are heard in other languages.
    In more words:
    When you have a language set in your app, you expect all features to be in your selected language

    I have a new 2025 Volvo XC60. I downloaded Waze from the Google Play store to the in-car system, logged on, and everything was fine. When I started the car the next day, it kept saying "could not connect" and told me to "refresh". After several attempts, I uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it. Everything worked fine, until the next day when the same problem occurred. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Waze app. Everything worked fine, until the next day.
