  1. Move the search function back to the top in Car Play

    A recent update has put the search icon as a small icon in the lower right. This is a horrible design. It used to be a big icon at the top of the screen. That was much easier to find.

  2. Selecting a map location anytime

    We really need to be able to tap on a location on the map & report issues. While driving it’s hard to pinpoint exactly where the alert is needed. I’m usually off by a mile or so. If I was able to tap that location, one I’ve already passed or even a road I know is closed, it would help other drivers. I don’t always get construction alerts so I can go another way. Which in some cases has caused over an hour delay. Even when I know the road has construction, it’s usually not on the map. If I…

  3. Hello, how to go to a contact whose the adress is like 45.123456, 1.123456

    Hello, I would like to go to a contact whose the adess is like 45.123456, 1.123456.
    For my travels, I use my contacts as a destination.
    I have authorized Waze to access my contacts and it works well if the address is indicated in the form: Rue du Centre 12340 LaVille
    But instead of this conventional address, I would like to indicate in the address field "45.123456,1.123456"
    But Waze reads "45.123456,1.123456, FR" and can't interpret this place.
    I wonder if it's possible, and if it's not possible, could the Waze team make an update?

  7. have a countdown of kilometres based on the speed limit when going into a tunnel

    Any time you drive into a tunnel that goes underground the GPS thinks you’re above the ground and starts changing the directions as it thinks you’re above the ground on the Street level when underground in the tunnel so if you need to then go 20 km in the tunnel and there’s various exits. How do you know how far you’ve driven in order to get to your exit underground when it’s recalculating because it thinks you’re above the ground and never figures it out that you’re actually still in the tunnel.   9. Road closures

    I'm a traffic flagger for a utility company. When I need to close a road, i can't do it unless I'm at the nearest intersection. How do I do this without being at that intersection, which may be a long distance from my work site.
    Also, how can I open a road I've closed? Seems the next wazer has to open it; that's mot fair to other drivers. How can I open a road ive closed?

  14. Not an idea but no other category worked

    Waze sends you to the wrong location when you type in 901 E State Highway 114, Grapevine, TX, 76051. 901 is the address of Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. The location it sends you to is the Cedar Ridge Office Park at 950 E State Highway 114, Southlake, TX, 76092, about 5 miles further west. In trying to figure out why, I noticed that both Redfin and Zillow mistakenly list Cedar Ridge OP as being at 901. Google has the address correct. My service advisor at Lexus said that the customers who have ended up at the wrong address have…

  15. Neighborhood mode

    It would be nice to be able to set a radius around your home location to mute voice directions. Users already know how to get out of their neighborhood so voice instructions are not needed. The radius could be adjusted based on the user’s knowledge of their neighborhood.

  16. Cardinal directions on the map!

    Cardinal directions on the map! GPS often can't tell which way you're facing immediately so you can't tell which way wazs is telling you to take your first tirn, causing you to need to guess which way to take said first turn, ESPECIALLY when there are no road signs to tell you which road waze is talking about, and when Murphy's law kicks in and you take the wrong first turn you end up cussing at waze and doing a pointless uturn that could have been avoided of waze was clear about which way it thinks is right/left on xyz…

  17. Speed camaras and speed bumbs

    Your new icon for speed cameras is not very visible, it is too small and the blue colour is exactly as the route ahead when you are following a route on dark mode, night mode. It does not really help at all.
    Your speed bumps alert is too much and very annoying, in London every single street, road has speed bumps, nearly all of them. I don't see the point in alerting about it so often and repeatedly all the time. The speed bumbs icon it more visible and alerting in size and colours than the speed cameras icon ,…
