As a software engineer working for circuit maps, i would like to say please create a feature where the 'what do you see?' has more options for us which is profile based and we can put our own markers as gmaps allows personal markers with different icons and allows saving different locations in personalised list with personal icon. we can keep that as pvt or public. Mainly i want to use this as speed camera and my own markers in the map so whenever waze doesn't update new cameras or wherever in one spot i have got fine…

Automatic ETA and Live Activity
I would like to have a live activity on my phone just like google maps have been testing out so you can see the progress of your trip. When I share my eta with someone, it would be cool if they got a live activity just like Lyft/uber does. Also it would be awesome if it automatically shared eta and live activity every time you drive to or from a particular place 🤓

THE SPEAKER on Waze
I stopped using Waze quite awhile ago and just received an email from Waze. I was turned off by the narrator cutsie comments about the directions. However, I loved using it until the narrators turned folksie. Have you changed that way of narrating? I would like to use it again, if you have.

Larger Speed and Speed Limit Option Please!
Please give the option to make the Speed Display and Speed Limit Boxes Larger. It is very hard to see due to small size. This would be very helpful in cars like mine that do not have a digital speed display.

Please add a filter based on size
Please add a filter based on vehicle size. An example would be a large RV based on height and length vs a small compact car.

listed directions
the "next turn" needs to read what can be seen through the windshield .... EG US183 in Lampasas Tx is LOCALLY called "Bell Street" but unless you are arriving at US183 from an in town intersection, the sign is 'US183' when arriving via US281.

Bring back Deer sightings on or near road. Simply , road hazard is insufficient to warn drivers.
Being back deer on side of road or in road is much better than just saying road hazard . A simply road hazard does NOT give drivers proper heads up to avoid killing the animals and possibly themselves

Conversational Reporting no iPhone
Eu quero comunicar/reportar alertas (acidentes, trânsito, polícia, etc.) através de comando de voz no meu iPhone mas não consigo, tenho de carregar manualmente no ecrã do meu telemóvel e escolher qual o alerta que desejo enviar. No entanto é perigoso estar a conduzir e a mexer no telemóvel ao mesmo tempo.
A minha esposa tem um telemóvel Android e já consegue enviar alertas através da voz sem precisar de carregar no ecrã do telemóvel.

Simple things that make drives easier
I’ve found that a few small habits really change how smooth a trip feels. I usually give myself a little extra time before heading out, especially on weekends, and it makes a big difference. I also try to check any planned stops ahead of time instead of scrambling to add them while I’m on the road.

Weighted position marker
I use 2D, north-up moving map displays. It would be better to not have my vehicle position marker in the center but weighted off center where I can see more of the map of where I am headed and not where I have been.

Add Road Closure Reporting to Android Auto
I’d like to raise this again because it’s a major issue. A report was already made last year about adding Road Closure Reporting to Android Auto and it gained hundreds of votes and comments, yet there’s still been no visible progress or update.
Right now, Android Auto users are stuck driving into the same closed roads multiple times because we can’t report closures directly from the interface. Using the phone is unsafe (and illegal without a holder), and even when pulling over to try, the route often recalculates before the closure can be reported.

Add a car's engine coolant temperature display to the Waze screen
Many cars don't have a display on the dashboard, but can display the data via a Bluetooth connection with a wireless adapter in the OBD2 port.

Inaccurate reports
Driving from DC to Georgia today and there have been so many inaccurate reports of police, hazards, fog and potholes. Probably 100 at least today. I have never seen this many so it would be great to ban users who consistently report inaccurately.

Add a compass to map view when using Android Auto.
In standalone mode a compass is visible on the map view but the compass disappears when using Waze with Android Auto.
