    I think that there should be a Tip Jar option when you complete your journey, That way when you arrive at your destination, thinking that Waze really helped you out, you could drop a couple of pounds/bucks/euros into the Tip Jar. Maybe it would need to take the form of an in-app purchase for which you'd receive a badge in order to justify the purchase.. I don't mind the ads but they aren't relevant to me and on a number of occasions I'd have been more than happy to say thank you by sending a few quid to Waze.

    Add info of the coming navigation event (in X km turn left etc') in the notification curton. This should be poped up over an active app canvas. See reference on Google Maps

  4. Police notification should be much sooner.

    Police notification should be much sooner. When I know the road and using Waze only as police radar then notification should be at least 1km ahead instead of 300 or 400 metres.

    אני משתמש ותיק באפליקציה ומרוצה מאוד, אז קודם כל תודה.

    יש לי 2 הצעות,
    הראשונה והחשובה יותר שלדעתי כל נהג שיעלה על רכבו יפעיל את האפליקציה גם לנסיעה הקצרה ביותר, וגם תעלה את מספר המשתמשים.

    בתחילת כל הפעלת ניווט האפליקציה תשמור את הנסיעה האחרונה (עם אפשרות הורדה לנייד) עם כל הנתונים. כשהחשובים ביותר הם המהירות התאריך והשעה. ולמה?! מכמה סיבות,

    אם עצר אותי שוטר על מהירות מופרזת לכאורה או מצלמת מהירות שצלמה בגלל תקלה או כל סיבה אחרת, אז יש לי את ההוכחה באפליקציה ששמרה את הניווט האחרון ויש לי את המהירות הנכונה, גם אם היא לא כל כך…

    gas prices on intersections are usually the same. please give users option to update entire intersection rather than one by one which no one has time for while driving

  7. Replace car on shoulder with person on shoulder

    It's damn annoying having car on shoulder reports every 3 min while in major city's. If a car is ok the shoulder that's not a hazard unless a person is outside of their car. Just replace car on shoulder with person on shoulder. Then there will be less alerts.

    As a parents traveling with small children, we are always looking for clean restrooms and restaurants with play zones. It would be nice if there where a waze icon help with this.

  11. Use the location where a place's photo is taken rather than the location when the Place tool is selected.

    Many reporters don't understand that the location of a new place is specified when they start the place tool. As a result, they start place early so that they can be ready to take the picture when they get to the actual location.

    Using the location where the picture is taken is actually more intuitive as the reporter is known to be at, or near, the location at that time.

    Turn announcement is a personal choice. With a sliding adjustment bar users can personalize the amount of time verbal announcements begin before the actual event.

  14. Refined Parking Lot Designations: Customers Only, Employees Only, Visitors, etc.

    I suggest to refine the designations of Parking Lots to include Customer Parking Only, Employee Parking Only, Faculty/Staff Parking Only, Visitor Parking, Event Parking Only, etc.

    With the specified designations, the parking lot suggestion would not show up in the suggested parking lots unless the user had selected the attached destination.

    Use cases:

    -In an office park there are many parking lots, most of which are for employees only. There are areas designated for visitors, which would be a good thing to indicate on the waze app.

    -There is a stadium where parking is for events only, and whenever one…

    Im having some minor bugs on the application. Im a part time driver for rides apps and i quite often use the waze navigation. When i receive a trip request, it will brought me to the screen of the option of "send" or "go". Once i pressed the "Go" button, it will always turn to send location. I have tried out many ways to resolve this includes delete and reinstall the apps, put on the rotating screen of horizontal, vertically, upside down and etc but the problem still the same.

  20. Interdire les signalements de police pour un radar automatique

    FR : Bonjour, je pense qu'il serait préférable d'interdire les signalements "contrôle de police" dans les zones de contrôle (de radar automatique) car beaucoup de gens signalent ces radars comme des contrôles de police tout ça dans le but de gagner des points (malhonnêtement)..
    De plus les radars automatiques sont annoncés par des panneaux en France ! Alors tous les conducteurs sont déjà avertis de ce radar pars le simple fait d'observer les panneaux !
    Et ça "polluerait" moins l'écran de navigation.
