Have different colors for the road you did from the road you go.
To prevent confusion it will be usefull to have a different color for the road you drove already from the road you're going.

I use waze for cab rides as I don't own a car. It would be great to include the "find a taxi app" in waze.

Add mood icon to Drive sharing
I love to send my family my route when I'm commuting home. But the icon is always the "smiling face", even when i'm stuck in traffic. Couldn't the "mood" icon be shared along with the driving route?

Road closure style reporting for congestions and others
One should report cops, congestions, whatever in the near, but not on their way.

When the volume bar is dragged to zero, the navigation voice directions still lower the volume of my music. Please change this.
I use the navigation, visually, but not the voice. As I can not find a mute button, I have instead dragged the volume slider all the way to 0.
I then listen to music on my phone in the background through car speakers. Whenever there is a voice navigation queue, although the voice has no volume so I can't here it, waze still lowers the volume of my music for the duration of the direction, as such, my music seems to just lower the volume periodically which is rather annoying.

Driving contact location would be nice.
My wife is a waze and I see that she is driving now but I can not locate her anywhere on the route she is taking. A quick like to show her present location would be nice. You never know when your going to have to drive to pick her up cuz she broke down somewhere along the way.

Sometimes screen gets grayed out after some alert pops up and I become unable to tap and move the map
When an alert pops up, the map gets grayed out, and after it closes out, sometimes the map stays grayed out forever, so it is inaccessible and I cannot scroll it to see the route ahead. The only way of fixing this is by closing Waze, removing the running app from the memory and opening Waze again, and then it needs to recalculate the route.

Display the maximum speed for speed traps
It would be a great help to display the maximum speed allowed at speed traps. I don't know elsewhere, but in Brazil you have several fixed/stationary ones with a fixed maximum speed limit.

Allow the same place to be set as HOME and WORK
I (and I guess several other waze users) work and live at the same building/address. Home office or shared use, it doesn't matter. There could be an option to set them as the same place.

add in setting possibility to add the Height of the vehicule.
According to that plan the route according to my vehicule height.
Avoid route where there is bridge or tunnel lower than my vehicule height.

Post report via swipe movement.
Allow smart phone users to do a quick report on a few most common reports by swiping their finger accross the phone. ex. police: swipe finger from left to right on the center of screen. General Hazard on road draw a circle on the screen. hazard on should draw a 1/2 circle on bottom of phone. etc. and allow users to turn off/on feature and to decide what motion reports what.... this would allow for fast and easy reporting with keep eyes on road.

Can you add a Dog catcher/off leash warning locator thingy..:)
I live in a "dog friendly" neighborhood where everyone generally has pretty well behaved dogs that run around and play with each other.. even though our neighborhood is fairly isolated we still get the occasional dreaded white city van that likes to give out $125 off leash tickets to people.. can you add a icon different than the police.. (our local officer comes over and plays catch with the dogs occasionally) so we can pass the word to leash up our dogs. thanks

While choosing a route, display routing options available such as avoiding highways. (Instead if searching through the menus then refreshing the route options)

When I start typing an address in the navigate bar, the default should start with a numbers keypad not letters
