Location services "when using" is fake! It uses your location when not using.
With Waze OFF, and location services set to "WHEN USING", how come I still get notifications to leave using my location services with the mileage and time it will take to get there from where I am currently. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN IF IT'S ONLY TRACKING MY LOCATION "WHEN USING." I have no planned drives so I don't get notifications for this and haven't been there in a year but still get woke up every morning by Waze telling me how long it will take me to get there from my location. SO REALLY THE "WHEN USING" IS A LIE…

Number of issues
We took a road trip from Columbus OH to Sarasota Fla. We used both a Samsung Galaxy/Android and an iPhone7. On both phones, the apps would crash if we put the entire route in. We had to pick an arbitrary mid point. It also crashed if we stopped for a few minutes and then resumed driving, ie rest stop pull over to stretch.
During very heavy rain at the beginning of the trip, we got hazard notifications that said 'Caution: Desert Ahead.' Unlikely in central Ohio.

It would be nice if the option existed to have seconds displayed on the clock.
It would be nice if the option existed to display seconds on the clock. The way I use the app and running a route I need to record the time. If it isbefore 30 seconds after the minute we have to mark it back. If after 30 seconds then we mark the next minute as the arrival time. If this possible?

I hate it when I search a restaurant or business and click on directions and instead of waze going to the directions, it gives me all these
I don't want 5 different address choices. I want the address of the business I requested directions for.

Audible Alert for School Zones
I would like to suggest adding an audible alert for School Zones.
1. Audible command "School Zone Ahead" or "Approaching School Zone"
2. Add an option to avoid school zones.

It is confusing when the voice says on a highway: 'Rechts aanhouden' while meaning to TURN right. 'Rechts aanhouden' or 'links aanhouden' means: go straight ahead but stay on the side you are on (without turning in a street almost 90°).

Be able to "drop" a marker and then return to it at anytime by selecting it from an a-z designated list of markers. Be able to identify a list of these markers and then have WAZE find the shortest path between all the selected markers. This would help someone who has a list of clients and on any given day has to make deliveries to say 12 of them.…

Add speed-based volume ramping
When at highway speed Spotify/audio can be at full volume, when coming to a slowdown the audio will automatically decrease in volume.
This can help drivers be more alert of their surroundings at intersections and when exiting highway traffic.

Add options in reports
It would be great if you could add mobile speed cams in the speed cam pane, ice and wind to the weather panel, and stopped car in the on road warrning panel.

Creo que sería provechoso para otros conductores saber la dimensión total de la obra que se avisa en waze, debería haber una funcionalidad para indicar donde comienza y donde termina la reducción del carril por obras

Van driver option
There are several routes in London now that you cannot drive a van or commercial vehicle and Waze tries to take me that way every time as it comes up as quickest. The issues at the moment are mainly Rotherhithe tunnel and the royal parks. This issue isn’t going to get any better with the ultra low emission zone coming in and I’m sure there are many other country’s / city’s with similar issues.
