I wont use my phone while driving. so how do I report something from another location after I am parked.
I want to log something from another location. I can't and won't log an accident or a cop at the time while driving. After I get parked I want to log it. So I refuse to use this app.

Ride Share Optimization
Add route optimization based on taxi and ride share far rates and formulas. Example, User enters time and mileage rates plus whether these are concurrent or exclusive. Example. A taxi might charge time rate only when stopped and mileage when moving. Uber charges both at the same time. Optimization would minimize fare.

Make Waze a perfect navigation system
It definitely needs lane guidance (even google maps which technically is not a navigation system has lane guidance)
When you search for POI it should tell you how far (distance and time) off rout the POI is from your rout. (again google maps does that.)
Wase has problem with long distance. I travel a lot from Somerset NJ to Toronto Canada, and always have to wait at least half an hour for Wase to start working aside from several times crashing and not being able to do anything with phone because it crashes. This might be due to large amount…

Money and points.
While using Waze i would like to see on aplication display ,in the left side just over the speed limit ,how many point on my licence and money i have to pay if i will brake the speed limit.
I think it will be interesting for many people to see the "punishment"for breaking the law.

להראות על ידי איקון איזה צד ברחוב שייך לתושבי הרחוב לחניה ואיזה לאורחים
כיום שאני נוסעת ברכב בעיר ונכנסת לרחוב מסוים
ומאחורי זנב של מכוניות אין לי אפשרות רגע לעצור ולראות
למה הכוונה בשלט הכתוב האין הסופי הזה של חניה מסודרתלכן לרוב אני נאלצת קודם למצוא חניה
ואז לרוץ לתחילת הרחוב לקרוא את השלט המבולגן הזה מלא טקסט לא ברור
לחזור מהר לאותו אם טעיתי ואם לא אז להפעיל פנגו אבל לעיתים זה מאוחר מדי כי הפקח צץ לא יודעת מאיפה... היה מעולה אם וויז היו פותרים זאת על ידי איקון שבצעתי את החניה1 vote -

No ridiculous short cuts
I'd like to see a way to have a check-box type setting to turn "shortcuts" on/off. Sometimes I would swear that waze is just messing with me, taking me on zig-zag routes that are in no way faster than just going straight. I don't want to do this.

Add safety message to remind local rules / habits
When the wazer is going to a new zone, Waze could remind him local habits : for example, in Paris, there is a lot of motorcyclists driving between the 2 right lane, Waze could say "Please pay attention to motorcyclists " ...
It could also be a reminder of the speed limit for this counrty when crossing a border.
