Android Auto car position
The car (Alpine iLx)! represented on the screen shows on the bottom edge. I get you are trying to show as much as possible about the future, but I think it'd too low on the screen. Could you move it up half a representative car length?

Map chats in AA/waze
Be able to input chats in Android auto, or even read map chats. Many hazard reports/accidents have the chat icon as people post on it, but not able to read. Missing valuable information

Ajouter un bouton retour sur les signalements
Il n'est pas possible de revenir à la navigation sur l'écran d'android auto lorsqu'on appuie sur le bouton pour signaler quelque chose sur la route. Il faut obligatoirement terminer le signalement pour revenir à la carte, même si on s'est trompé. Un bouton retour serait donc utile.

Subdue/Mute background sounds or not mute
Add the new check box in the voice settings area (to choose by the user)– Subdue/Mute background sounds (mutes background sounds while playing a message). It refers to the Android auto. If you turn off this parameter the background sounds (radio, spotify, vlc, etc.) shouldn’t be mute during the messages playing, what is a very desirable option in general. Something similar like in the case of Yanosik navigation program.

Fix "Go Home" voice command
When saying the command "Go home"
Waze/google assistant? always responds with "Oklahoma, Driving Home"I live in Florida for reference and I'm driving in Florida for reference when I give this command.
I think i know why it's happening, I'm sure in the code/rules for her algorithms or however that works, you have her response command, as the letter's "O" and "K". For "OK" (Okay)
however somewhere else in her coding she's programmed to say "Oklahoma" for "OK" so you should easily be able to just type in the coding somewhere that she says "OKAY" instead of "OK" and that…

Signaler patrouilleur autoroutes
Il y a beaucoup de patrouilleurs d'autoroutes qui risquent leur vie en faisant leur travail.
Pourrait on équiper les véhicules des sociétés d'autoroute qui sont arrêtés sur la bande d'arrêt d'urgence de quelque chose qui signale automatiquement leur présence.
Quitte à passer un accord avec les sociétés d'autoroutes pour équiper leurs véhicules.

Android auto report button
Several times I have come across a "new" accident or pothole before an old notification can be replied to. The report button disappears behind the speed icon. Maybe move the speed icon up and put the report button back so a new report can be made. If an old notification is a mile down the road and I am unable to confirm it right away then I cannot submit the new event

Option to add Places and Gas prices
The Option to add gas prices and places when stopped on Android auto. Currently, I have to stop, turn my vehicle off and wait for my phone to stop trying to recconect to andriod auto, then I can open waze and add the place or gas price. I can do the same when I am stopped and looking at the gas price or the place but not when I am connected to the car.

Hazard/alert notification not showing in split screen.
Hi, alert widget that showed on top of the media app on split screen has been removed?
It was so useful!
Now everytime that there's an alert I have to tap on the map to make it fullscreen and then tap on the confirmation button.
I love AA in split screen and that little widget on top of media app when there is an alert on waze was useful.Now I'm forced not to confirm or do nothing so I won't be distracted because I have to tap more times, leading to less contributions.
My screen is only 7", well…

Add setting option to keep navigation on phone when using Android Auto.
I keep my phone by the steering wheel so my eyes do not leave the road. Android Auto is for my passengers. I don't look at it while driving! Many people are like me. I even downgraded my Waze to get past this issue. But the downgrade no longer works! So I have to disable Android Auto to safely use Waze!!!!!

Add compass rose and time to turn features from Garmin to Android Auto/Carplay
Right now you can't see the compass rose which I use all the time on my Garmin to know which direction I am headed. It works on the phone app but not Android Auto.
Garmin also has a really nice time to turn feature that gives you an approximate time to your next turn. I find myself missing exits with waze as its easier to think in seconds than "1000 feet"

Please enlarge the Font on the maps. With the latest update, they are too small. Also, please restore the OLD icons.

Also, please restore the OLD icons. The new ones are a different color and difficult to use.
Also, using Waze inside Android Auto is cumbersome. Can Waze be separated out? I really don't like Android Auto or Apple Car Play. My phone and streaming services worked fine without the overhead. Now, EVERYTHING goes through Car Play or Android Auto - text messages, voice mails, streaming, etc. Just pull Waze OUT and let us run it separately from AA and CP.1 vote
