I just turned off Waze audio because of this. This alert should be optional.

This noise has been annoying large numbers of people for many years, please turn it off or make that an option.

I agree. There are times when I'll take alternate routes, especially in city centers, and my music is constantly interrupted with re-routes chirps, which become annoying. There should be a configuration option to enable/disable this notification.

Please let us disable reroute alert sound, or it least change it to a more softer tone. It wakes my kids in the car, everytime that dings.

My dogs have become conditioned to knowing we are stopping on the highway when they hear the recalculating sound. PLEASSSEEEEE give an option to turn it off!.

Já aconteceu comigo duas vezes, sem querer no meio da viagem cliquei na lupa, e sem perceber cliquei no endereço de origem, neste momento aparece na tela: Opções de navegação: "Adicionar parada" ou "Novo percurso", nesta hora falta uma opção "Cancelar". Se tivesse um áudio facilitaria para este caso de ter clicado errado, perguntando se deseja adicionar parada ou novo percurso? Neste momento devo ter clicado em uma das duas opções e o waze recalculou a rota, nem percebi que tinha trocado o destino, uma vez conhecia o caminho, parei no acostamento desliguei o waze e calculei a rota, nem tinha percebido que fiz isso. Na segunda vez fiz um retorno errado, paguei R$ 11,20 a mais de pedágio, andei 20km a mais e demorou 30 minutos a mais na viagem.

This is so much louder than the other app sounds and it is sooo freaking annoying. Please add option to turn this notification off, just flash a pop-up like a you do for a hazard or police , etc.

This rerouting notification sound is driving me crazy. I use Waze every day for my commute to and from work, and I have a route that works better for me than what is recommended by Waze. Every block when I disregard following the recommended route I must deal with hearing the navigation rerouting chirps which interrupts music/podcasts. That's not to say I don't see the benefit of the notification sound when I'm on an unfamiliar route, but it would be GREAT to have the ability to disable when necessary.

Recently, I've begrudgingly just disabled the navigation portion of the app for my commute even though it's still beneficial for major incidents etc.

Fino ad Android 5, potevo sostituire il TickerPoint.mp3 con un innocuo "tic", ma adesso, dal 6.0.1 in poi, non ho modo di disattivare questo fastidioso trillo che viene emesso ad ogni ricalcolo del percorso. E lo fa spesso, anche uscendo da una galleria perché nel frattempo si è perso.
Si potrebbe mettere una opzione per disattivarlo?
In alternativa, mia moglie mi costringerà a cambiare navigatore ...!
