I had contact with support this week. I forgot my account name and password a while ago. Due to deleting my Facebook account. Since there was no e-mail adres linked to that (Facebook created) account, resetting the password was not possible.

Support told me that they could retrieve my original by phone number, but not reset my password via my phone number (eg text message). It kind of puzzles me since it is a safe/verifiable way to reset manually, but okay.

I hereby request a feature to reset passwords via text messages, since the phone number is already stored with the account.

For whatever reason I have no idea at all but after a certain update I wws logged out the app and was never able to log back in. Had to create new account since it would let me sign back in even after requesting code and putting my associated cp number the page never go further it was stucked to the page where it says it found and associated account to my number and it was loading there for hours. Nothing happened!!! Very frustrating!!! I want my old account.

Maybe I can retrieve my username, using the phone number I used in creating my account. I did not setup a password and link an email address because I thought I can just log back in using my number, turned out it does not work that way. Now I cannot log in with the same account, I do not mind creating a new account as long as I can get to use the username that I have been using before. It will not be of any use since no one can open it anyway.
