    Agreed just got a vehicle with Apple CarPlay I have stopped using Waze until it's available for Apple CarPlay

    I posted the item below about a month ago. Would be nice if Waze could at least answer my question whether Apple currently allows Waze to integrate its product into CarPlay. I'm not asking for a release date, but it's not a hard question to answer: is Apple permitting the inclusion of Waze in CarPlay? Not that Waze couldn't still be developing the product for later.

    "Adding to CarPlay is a must do. Not just because Waze is better than Maps, but it also comes down to money. If CarPlay not in picture, Waze is clear preference over Maps. I really like Waze. But with CarPlay I am using Maps because the convenience and in-car functionality outweigh benefits of using Waze or any other navigation product on the phone screen. That means I'm not seeing Waze's ads, and advertisers know this. It means, or will mean, less revenue because advertisers realize many people aren't using the app. So big question is: Is Apple agreeable to allow Waze to be used in CarPlay (Apple has its own motives to not allow navigation competition is CarPlay) and, if so, is Waze actively developing a CarPlay functionality? I'd like to hear from Waze versus conjecture or opinions."

    we ALL want to use WAZE over apple maps... PLEASE integrate it with CarPlay to see waze on the big screen of the car.. its very stupid that you only give support for Android Auto...

    I could think that problem is on Apple side but certanly this app is a must for a big number of drivers.
    It supports secure driving much more than currently activated carplay apps.
