Specifically reporting animals is critical for driver and wildlife safety!
Putting everything under the general term "Hazard" is ridiculous. How does a driver know whether its an 18-wheeler parked on the shoulder (relatively safe - no need to slow down) vs a herd of wild deer leaping across the road (dangerous!)

You took away the ability to mark animals under the hazard icon on your map. I would always mark dear when I come to work early in the morning when it’s still dark out, I would mark them so people would not hit them with the car and maybe get injured themselves or kill the deer please return this that you had on a hazard icon. Otherwise I’m leaving Waze because I don’t agree with this policy.

I see multiple deer along my interstate drive to work early in the mornings. I typically report as a hazard on the road but the next driver removes it because there is no hazard per se on the road. So this is why there's a need to draw attention and make drivers at least aware of deer in the area and to be watchful.

Bring Animal on side of road and road kill hazards!! It is critical and the one I used the most. Also a voice option would be great - so I don’t have to take eyes off road in critical situations

Yes! I was disappointed at first that it was removed & now am irritated because I saw a possum wandering near the edge of the road tonight & was sure they'd get hit 😢

The decision to remove the details of the reports was a truly bad idea

Please. Create these two alerts: "animal on track" and "animal in need of rescue". Today I found an injured dog on a very busy public road and I didn't know what to do. I was distressed. And if possible, when the user clicked on the "animal in need of rescue" alert, the entity responsible for these rescues in the city would be alerted immediately. Please do this! I speak of Salvador - Bahia - Brazil.

Safety issue.

Taking away ability to mark animals was bad idea - most important feature behind reporting cops!

Please bring back reporting animals nearby. This of us who live in more rural areas NEED this to prevent deer & other animal accidents. Just last week a clipped a deer & I couldn't report deer nearby & was stunned. We NEED it back!

I lost my animals nearby function a few days ago & what do you know I hit a deer this morning! I would alays slow down a bit if I saw the warning on WAZE. Bring it back WAZE it is a huge issue where I live in the country!

It could prevent accidents.

An animal on the shoulder helps to alert drivers of potential hazards. I see a lot of deer on the roadside and can no longer alert fellow drivers.
Additionally, road kills are also dangerous. Somehow that option was removed. Why?
