Optimized functionalities for motorbikes
It's too bad Waze doesn't offer any of these functionalities for riders/bikers:
- deactivate traffic jams in the time calculation (or consider we are at around 50 km/h on these parts of the path)
- proposing winding/twisting roads with different levels, just like Tomtom and Garmin already do with their devices
- allowing to create more than one step point to get the perfect itinerary
- allowing the load of external files (such as .gpx for example) to create roadbooks on our computer (with Google Maps or else) and then send it to our smartphone.
In brief, just a few things that would make Waze the perfect companion for motorcyclists, which is far from the case nowadays!

Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

We ride motorcycles and Love waze but would like to import our route so we can get rerouting info if there are traffic/road problems

I always use driven data to different "home projects" - but I have to use other app to be running (I use My Tracks), today I would need the data to show evidence that I was not speeding to police for car accident - only existing available data are in Waze in this case

É possivel introduzir a opçao navegar de moto? Pois tem vias que moto nao pode passar como nao via expressa da Marginal e tambem nao precisa evitar o transito, fora que a maioria dos pedagios nao sao pagos por motos!

It would be nice to be able to upload a file from google maps or other GPX creation software and have WAZE navigate you through that GPX file.

Waze used to have this feature in the previous Cartouche map editor. I was told it was no longer available. Why, I don't know because I really liked it.

Actually you can save your GPS tracks in your own Smartphone while driving.
In Android enable the option 'GPS.CSV Tracker: no' in your '\Waze\preferences' file -

User's GPX/trip/tracks is always recorded and uploaded automatically to Waze's server, but there is no button for user to export their GPX. So after every trip, the GPX is lost, locked in waze's server.
Please provide export feature, so after we outsmartin the traffic together, we could still use the GPX for other purposes.
I posted this idea in the map editor too. I believe it is also very good to have the export from the client.

I'd like to be able to display custom waypoints from a GPX file on the map. This would be useful for geocachers.
