recently because of the weather troubles lots of traffic light stop working or failure, a wazer can report this problem

Please add an option to report a power outage as a road hazard. Would be great to know and to tell other drivers that traffic lights and/or street lights are out in particular areas.

this would be awesome! after storms we always have tons of them out and they really hurt the traffic, with this you could see why!

Waze needs a "traffic signal malfunction" Report type.
It seems we cannot go a single week here in San Diego without malfunctioning traffic signals during rush hour on major six lane surface streets. These get often get reported as a traffic jam, or construction, but neither is a good fit. Seems like there is a category missing here.

The ability to report a traffic signal malfunction (either flashing or completely out). And have the report snap to the center of intersection to alert tragic from all directions.

When traffic lights are out, traffic can be impacted adversely especially during peak times. During off-peak, it is not such a big concern.

BROKEN TRAFFIC LIGHT is another typical Brazilian problem that could be an option to report for other wazers.
