Weather overlay
I would love to have a real time weather overlay on the WAZE maps. This would be a GREAT feature to add to aid in knowing more about driving conditions. Please vote and let's see what we can do to make it happen.

Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Inside of the weather report, you should add snow squall, or heavy snowfall so that drivers know where roads may loose visibility. Snow squall is not fog. You could also add low visibility.

Please remind drivers to turn on their low beams in fog, rain, and snow. I don’t need an alert that I’m driving through fog, but the majority of people drive without lights on in it, which makes it very dangerous.

Heavy rain hampers visibility, its better to let driver to have a heads up on the road condition ahead of them

When you map your route, give us the option to add weather forecast.

Ad a snow sign or a snow chain sign. It can replace the standard alert sign and make it clear in a glance.

Please, become even better and add weather! Waze would then be absolutely the best nav app!

I find myself jumping back and forth between the Waze app and my Radar app to see what the weather is an dhow it's going to affect travel. Some roads are most likely going to be closed due to the weather, heavy rains or snow. It would be helpful to have an overlay button to see the weather so the driver could be better informed of the drive before them.

Snow squalls should be added due to sudden extreme reduced visibility as well as strong winds. Ice should be an option as this causes many accidents throughout the northeast. Especially true for us truckers.

I would like to suggest the option to add on hazard report:
Heavy rain / thunderstorm.
It will help a lot os drivers. -

Many drivers here in the Atlanta Metro area use “fog” when they encounter heavy rain, would be best to call it what it is. Driver could then avoid or seek shelter. Thanks so much!

As for traffic input button, it will be usefull to have in the same page a button to input weather condition as snow, heavy rain etc etc. I suggest the same page of traffc to avoid to lose time to looking for the related sub page. Thanks

I think it would be useful for the WAZE application to announce on some weather phenomena on the route that can influence the driving of the car such as rain, lightning, blizzard, snow, etc.

Hello, i'm suggesting to put new alerts for the users. The alerts i'm proposing are about temporary roadblocks because temporary flooding, trees blocking some ways. This events are generated after some
adverse weather conditions tornado, rain, strong winds, something like this. For example, i'm driving in some way and i find some tree blocking the road, i can put a alert for the others users to avoid this way. -

BE able report when their is “heavy Rain” or heavy downpour with cero or bad visibility.
In the hazard icon under weather their is no way to report this. You have flood, hail, fog, Ice, but no heavy rain, heavy rain storm cero visibility. In my area this icon would come in handy and I definitely would be using it frequently. -

I must agree with this. When on a long trip, or even short trips with known weather problems in the area traveling I constantly switch between Waze and my chosen weather radar app to see what I am getting into and how soon I need to worry about it. Weather radar overlay integrated into Waze would increase it value.

After being stuck in strong storm cells that caused numerous downed trees and accidents, was just thinking how nice it'd be to see storm activity on the map so I could decide whether or not to pull over someplace safe and ride it out or not.
