I believe that most cars are equipped with a speedometer?? so having another on Waze is pretty pointless. If your in areas that you are not familiar with the current speed limit showing is a must, as signposting is not always adequate.

Finally I came here to ask for something I've always missed. I see I'm not the only one.

How come each and every simple nav app has it, and Waze does't?

it may help me to switch from old 3.7 version (the one with speed alerts) to newer version :
I don't use waze as a speed limit radar detector but as there is no remind of speed limit on screen as garmin/navigon & others gps devices

It would be nice if it would show you the speed limit along the roads. Also, allow people to edit gas prices better so they're more accurate. Another thing, have you guys thought about installing waze app or a waze gps in general on cars? Like bring up the idea to car brands like gmc or ford? Just something to think about!
