Please add this feature! I drove an extra hour because it kept rerouting me to the same exit 5 different ways!

I use waze a lot (400.000 points) and started using CarPlay now. I was super surprised that there is a feature gap between both use cases.
I just rehistered an account here to vote for this, as the missing functionality is a real deal breaker for me - I lost in the last week twice 20 min because of this and had to use a different Navigation app.
Super frustrating when waze still wants to route you back to the closed road.

Yeah this needs an option since I don't use my phone while driving, but i report stuff using carplay. Why isn't this an option now??? Leads to bad reports and confusion since I have to choose something other than what it really is.

Really need this on CarPlay. Not going to pick up my phone while driving. Flooding close many roads recently and most were not noted as closed on Waze.

We have untold road closures in my area at the moment and since getting my new car, I can't report them making the Waze/Carplay setup practically unusable 😟

I thought the app was broken because I remember this was an option at one point. Come to find out since I switched to CarPlay I can’t do it from my car display. There are often ramps closed around here that are never reported because we can’t do it while driving in CarPlay.

Also that the closures stay on the map!! I pass the same closure daily and it’s always taken off.

Please add this feature to CarPlay. It’s ridiculous and dangerous that I can’t report a road closure from CarPlay. Without the ability to report the closure, I can’t get a reroute, which means I have to navigate without Waze or pull out my phone to fix the route or use Google maps. There is no reason for it to be this difficult to report a closure!

Still really need this. I was stuck in a parade route that wasn't on Waze and just kept getting rerouted into the parade.

Carplay needs to have the option to quickly say “Route not available due to Temporary closure”
Often times unscheduled construction that closes roads/on-ramps downtown and there is no easy/quick way to report it on carplay.

Why does this need to be voted on? It’s an option if your phone isn’t connected to CarPlay but what good is that in a modern vehicle. It make Waze useless if there’s a closure. Fix this now!

Carplay is now a standard feature in most if not all new cars. It’s absolutely ridiculous that carplay would lack abilities that waze has on the phone by choice

Road closures are pretty frequent for construction around here and I only use Waze with CarPlay. It’s honestly crazy that it hasn’t been added yet and that there’s a whole vote regarding this.

Bumping this, it's a huge pain to not only not be able to report closures, but to encounter them more frequently because other people also can't report them from carplay.

PLEASE update the carplay app to report road closures.
