Android auto has the option to report a “police (hidden)” or “police (other side of road)” along with just plain old “police” reports. iOS Apple CarPlay only has the single “police” report. Can I have the option to report police that is hidden or on the other side of the road as well? I want to be more accurate in my reporting. Thank you!

I wish we could upvote this a million times. It's maddening.

With the Mobile app, you have Police with 3 options - Visible, Hidden & Other Side. Yet with the projected (and limited) version of Car Play the Police button is it, ie no “other side” or “hidden” options.

I was hoping we could get the full range of Police options on the Car Play version of the App? I see so many radars, hidden police etc on the 'other side' but cant report them via the Car Play app as our only option is "Police" which is on the side we are driving.

I was wondering if an increased Police option on CarPlay would be appealing to others? Similar to “Traffic” which has a full line up of options (moderate, heavy, standstill).

This feature already exists on Android Auto, why is it not on Apple CarPlay? Please add this feature to Apple CarPlay as well.

The CarPlay version is really limited in terms of options. Impossible to find a new address, only the one in the history/favorites. Impossible to put more information about the police or speed trap : visible, hidden or other side.
So please put the same options than the mobile if not we need to use or iPhone instead of the CarPlay to have a full waze

I like the CarPlay integration but feel that I end up either submitting wrong reports or not reporting at all. For example, Police reports now automatically go on map, but the iPhone version allows me to check if the cop is hidden or if he's on the other side. I feel that this is very important!

Also, can you allow users to view map comments on Apple CarPlay?
