Too many reports warnings are excessive
The message popping up to say you have made too many reports is using criteria that are far too strict. During a 15 mile drive recently, I made 4 unrelated reports (heavy traffic, car stopped, flooding and a dangerous pothole) and got flagged for it. I couldn't care less about points or rankings, I just want to make sure other road users are aware of hazards!

I was travelling 100 km from Home towards Newcastle from Sydney. I had reported five broken down cars on the side of the road at different places. When I went to report another one app had told me too many reports, I thought that was too many people had reported it. Further down the road, I seen another car broken down and was told after reporting it that I risked being blocked because I had reported too many times. as of now I will no longer be reporting them and don’t bother asking if cars are still there because I won’t be answering those either.

I have seen a problem where when there is a saturation of reports in an area I can only get rid of one or will only be notified of one. And that makes it so a lot of the reports will stay on the map for longer than is relevant
I think it would be helpful to add a different layout. Where if there is more than one type of report, to list all of the different reports in different colors. Then its a bit easier to distinguish them and have the buttons to dismiss them etc. And maybe have something to just clear all the reports for a spot so when it does build up it doesn't stay on the map

Stop blocking user for too many reports! In my 25 mile 30 minute commute this morning, the weather was horrendous! No one had reported any of the floods, debris and dead animals in the road. After my third report, you suspended any more even though theses were all genuine!!

Too many reports of construction in the route by multiple users. Allow only one at the beginning or only allow senior users to report a start and end of the construction.

Allow more reports for trusted users. On a number of occasions I've been flagged for tooany reports. I drive long distances and long hours. It is not uncommon to report multiple safety issued over a long journey. Today I got flagged for too many reports which stopped me reporting a car that broke down in the middle lane of the motorway. Shortly after I passed, a car smashed into the stopped car causing a huge tail back. The occupant of the car that smashed into the broke down car apoarently had to air lifted to hospital according to later reports. You must have a way of determining trusted sensible users from those idiots who spend all there time reporting highway patrols for police!

why when my wife (co driver) is loading the many pot holes does your app say 'reporting too many'

Just a concerns. Driving on bad roads means increased number of pothole reports. Waze has immensely contributed to making drivers aware of hazards ahead. I received a pop up reading something that I've made too many reports and therefor my reporting privileges may be blocked. This was quite disturbing. I thought that was one of the many aims of this app. Why limit users to contribute to the safety of other fellow users?

This policy has prevented me on several occasions from placing genuine reports which were necessary for the safety of other road users. I never place reports other than serious ones - yet I have been flagged for too many reports on several occasions. Point farming can be prevented without blocking genuine reports and endangering road users! Waze is jeopardizing road safety with this policy!

First, I understand why you block/ban some people sending too many irrelevant reports, but the other end is I cannot report other important things on the road after I reported a traffic jam on one section of the long road too many times.
For example travelling 20-30 miles, report 5 or 6 traffic jam through the town and on your remaining journey not able to report anything at all. Problem exist mainly when you try to report a traffic jam on a long road, report heavy traffic and Waze cover 30yard section on the road, so moving a bit report heavy traffic and guess what, Waze covers another 30yard (What a...?), but the traffic jam is long until the next traffic light/roundabout whatever which is 1 mile away. So you start to try covering the whole section of the road, but Waze block you out due to Too Many Reports.
May be you can filter users and let those users report "unlimited" things who is using Waze for years and never been banned etc., so the trustable ones. Or cover sections on the road from junction to junction.
Thanks. -

At times there is no Waze community out there, and system shows as no traffic even though it could be a standstill. We are only allotted (approx) 3 slow traffic reports within 30 seconds or so. Then system states "too many reports", even though two mins later there is still heavy traffic, but Waze again shows clear traffic, because you are the only Wazer reporting at that time. Allow unlimited or more reporting entries.
