Simple. Apple maps has it!

Waze could include the compass on the phone screen while in carplay where it shows the street names. There could also be an option to either show the turns, events ahead or compass. Or it could be simply be included on the turns screen while in carplay.

Just add a simple rotating compass pointer on the default (not the keep north up) map. I like driving with my direction of travel on the map being indicated as towards the top, thus I don't like the "keep north up" mode. However, it is often very helpful to me to know which cardinal direction I am driving. it would be of great benefit to me (and I'm sure many others) to have a simple compass rose with North indicator arrow added to the default map. Thank you!!

Please make the in-app on screen compass point in the direction of travel. It's 180⁰ out of sync (SW points NE), except for N and S.

Please add a real compass to Android Auto!

VERY IMPORTANT! We're going on a New England foliage vacation Sept. 18 and we'll be traveling from New Jersey up to Maine on roads we've never been on before and a compass is more important than anything to us to make sure we're traveling in the right direction. I know you have it on the my Android Samsung 23 phone with a circle and an arrowhead in it and I can click on it and it changes everything to North but I need it on the screen in my car (2022 ) Acura ILX. Thank you.

Please put a compass on Waze. That's what people driving want to see more than anything. Thank you!

I would love to have the compass show again. Preferably an option to show 100% of the time.

When using Waze on an iPhone (in landscape mode) I can see the small compass after choosing a route, which is very helpful. But I like to use Waze when I haven't picked a route -- in which case, the compass is not visible. I think it would be a nice improvement to have the compass visible whether following a selected route, or just when driving around without a selected destination. LMK what you think!

How about a simple compass on the Carplay screen? Google Maps has it. Apple Maps has it. Just a little N,S,E or W in the corner. So basic, and yet currently Waze won't show what direction you are facing. On the iPhone display you at least get a little circle with a red line pointing North, but on Carplay you get nothing. PLEASE ADD A COMPASS TO CARPLAY!

When you are driving in an area that is not familiar to you, it gives you more of a sense of direction to know which way you are going.

It has been suggested that Apple imposes a limit to the number of UI elements on-screen at one time ... if this is the problem, I would like the option of replacing the spedometer/speed limit display with a compass instead. That would be much more useful to me.

There should be a Compass app for CarPlay so you can have a compass on the right side of the dashboard with the Nav on the left.

Would love to see the letters of the compass heading all the time: "N" when going north, "SW" when going southwest, "E" when going east, etc. Other GPS apps have that. The letters would change as you change direction like a normal compass.

A compass is available in Google Maps, who owns Waze, so why is it so hard to implement this into Waze?

Great feature to have on any map. Why not on Waze on Apple Carplay?
