Bring back original Thomas (UK) voice
The new Thomas UK voice is terrible and too robotic. Please bring back the original Thomas UK voice who had a charming and friendly voice.

The old voices were clear and friendly. I can't use Waze with any of the new voices. Bye bye...hello Google maps.

The new Thomas UK voice is awful -- why, if a new voice was needed, was the perfectly good old voice replaced? Why not just introduce the new one (that no one likes) and leave the old one? The new one neither sound good nor works well. It misprounounces many words and street names. It's abrupt. It's grating.
I'm just not going to use the app anymore unless it is brought back. Easy enough. I don't need you; you need me as a customer paying you with my data and interaction. -

I have sent a message to your customer service about this, but the new UK Thomas sounds awful. Please bring back the old UK voice. The new one sounds like a complete jerk and pronounces "pot hole" as "po hole". So annoying.

Strongly agree, the new UK Thomas and UK Kate voices are jarring compared to the older versions. They also pronounce some street names wrong, this was not the case with the old versions. They are not pleasing to use.

Is this some AI voice to avoid having to pay royalties to the former voice actor?? I can't think of any other reason why they would replace an extremely functional existing product with a new worse once. Shame on Waze if so, pay talent and give us back Thomas.

Old Thomas pronounced all the California Street Names CORRECTLY. New Thomas (UK) does not know how to pronounce these.

the new thomas is terrible. i end up yelling at waze the entire time he speaks now and i don’t enjoy the app anymore. i used and preferred waze to other gps systems because of the navigation voice i’d been using for years. why change that?!
