Lane Guidance - Show New lanes
Commonly seen at junctions, additional lanes may be created to facilitate turn traffic (eg a 3 lane road may be expanded to 6 lanes at the junction - add a lane for left turn and 2 lanes for right turn). the current lane guidance do not show which lanes are “new”, which results to keeping to the wrong lane at times (eg road’s lane 1 becomes lane 3 at the junction). an additional “\” or “/“ would be useful to indicate which are the new lanes

Option to create routes that avoid zero electronic toll zones (ZBE) anywhere in Europe.
While it's possible to avoid toll roads, it would be beneficial to include a similar option to avoid electronic tolls in Europe for vehicles without a sticker. Furthermore, in 2027, the use of the B sticker will be restricted in certain areas of Europe. I suggest this option because it could benefit 20 million vehicles in Spain that either don't have a sticker or only have a B sticker, whose circulation will soon be restricted. I urge you to consider implementing this feature.

Reverse Route" Option for Return Trips
Hi Waze Team,
It would be great to have a "Reverse Route" feature. After completing a trip (or from trip history), users should be able to tap a single button to navigate back to their starting point using the exact reverse of the path they just took. Modern GPS navigation excels at macro-routing, but fails at micro-execution. On multi-level interchanges, complex overpasses, and dense urban weaves, current routing engines rely on basic spatial distance-to-node logic. This causes GPS signal dropouts, late voice prompts, and dangerous "panic maneuvers" (sudden braking, last-second lane changes) when drivers misinterpret complex visual forks.

Add a Skyway On/Off Preference
Add a Skyway On/Off Preference
I would like to suggest adding a Skyway On/Off option in Waze's route preferences.
Currently, there are situations where all available route options use Skyway. While I understand that Skyway is often the fastest route, some drivers intentionally prefer SLEX or other non-Skyway roads, even if the travel time is longer.
The reasons can vary:
To reduce toll expenses.
Personal driving preference.
Familiarity with non-Skyway routes.
Avoiding expressways when not necessary.An optional "Use Skyway" toggle (On/Off) would allow users to choose whether Waze should consider Skyway when calculating routes. When turned Off, Waze could…

E-Z Pass Discounts
Please add certain discounts depending on which E-Z Pass programs you’re enrolled in. Make it a collapsible column under each E-Z Pass of each state. There are plenty of discounts that are available for each easy pass that give discounts to either residents of each state or commuters. Please this is essential.

Mixed Toll and Toll-Free Route Planning
Instead of only "Avoid toll roads" for the entire trip, let users choose which route segments can use toll roads and which should avoid them. This would provide much more flexible and cost-effective route planning.

Give weighted route options for safety
Add a routing preference called “Prefer Major Roads” or “More Predictable Route.”
The app frequently recommends rural two-lane roads, neighborhood streets or poorly serviced back roads to save less than one or two minutes. These theoretical savings are often erased by farm equipment, school buses, slow vehicles, no-passing zones, poor pavement, difficult intersections or temporary delays that the routing model cannot predict.
Please allow users to select a tolerance such as:
“Prefer divided highways and major roads when they add no more than 3, 5, 10 or 15 minutes.”

Feature suggestion: Show the effect of traffic next to the ETA
I suggest adding a traffic-impact indicator next to the estimated time of arrival.
The indicator would compare the current estimated travel time with the estimated travel time under clear, traffic-free conditions. This would allow drivers to immediately understand how much traffic is affecting their journey.
For example:
- Traffic-free travel time: 30 minutes
- Current estimated travel time: 40 minutes
- Traffic delay: +33%, or 10 additional minutes
Another possible format would be a “traffic efficiency” percentage:
- 100% means traffic is not increasing the travel time.
- 75% means the journey currently takes approximately 33% longer than it would under clear conditions.

Me gustaría sugerir una función de rutas que podría ayudar a prevenir la congestión causada cuando muchos usuarios reciben la misma recomendación de usar la “mejor” ruta al mismo tiempo.
La idea es que Waze no solo calcule la ruta más rápida para cada conductor de forma individual, sino que también estime cuántos usuarios están siendo guiados actualmente hacia esa misma ruta. Activer/désactiver chaque péage individuellement lors du calcul d'itinéraire.
Aujourd'hui, Waze propose seulement d'éviter tous les péages ou de les accepter tous. Il serait très utile d'afficher, pour chaque itinéraire, la liste des péages avec leur coût estimé et le gain de temps associé, puis de permettre à l'utilisateur de les cocher/décocher individuellement avant de lancer la navigation.
Exemple : Tunnel Duplex A86 : +10,50 € pour gagner 3 minutes → chacun pourrait décider si ce péage vaut le coût.

Add Height Restriction Warning for NLEX Underpass in Brgy. Sipat, Plaridel, Bulacan
Location: 14.900393, 120.824190
There is a low-clearance NLEX underpass located in Barangay Sipat, Plaridel, Bulacan, Philippines. The measured vertical clearance is only approximately 2.70–2.77 meters.
Waze currently routes trucks and oversized vehicles through this road segment. Many drivers are unaware of the height restriction and only discover it upon reaching the underpass. Since there is limited or no turnaround area nearby, these incidents frequently result in traffic congestion and disruption to local traffic.
