  1. Tapping on a specific position on the map should bring up a menu just like in the phone app.

    When holding your finger on a position on the map, a menu should be brought up permitting you to save the address, or go to it. This is too practical to be ignored as a functionality..

  3. Latest update is garbage

    Speed limit small and unreadable, current speed worse since it is also small and with zero contrast between background and speed font color. Please tell your developers not everyone has a tablet sized display like Tesla, as it seems this version was developed for a MUCH larger display than most cars have. In the words of Colin Chapman, less is more- this update was a regressive rather than progressive. Read the latest reviews on the Play store, I'm not in the minority.....

  5. Make a police in motion icon.

    The Icon will move at the with the current speed of the Wazer who tapped it. The Icon would move for 1 KM and then dissappear. This would be helpful for those speeding in the HOV lanes or going opposite traffic. Police have radars that will track you if you are approaching them now.

  6. Android Auto default on Go button when POI selected

    I have a car with touchpad/buttons to select with no touchscreen.

    When I search for a point of interest (usually through voice commands) and select from the list, it displays information about the poi, but I need to move the cursor all the way to the Go button to start the trip. This is a hassle without a touchscreen.

    Can this be defaulted to the Go button to make the selection quicker and safer?

    Alternatively, can we start the trip ("Go") with a voice command?

  7. EV Battery estimates for routes on Android Automotive

    For electric vehicles that run on Android Automotive, allow the routes to display estimated battery levels for when you get to your destination, like Google Maps does. If you don't have enough battery power to get to your destination, Waze should suggest EV chargers along the way.

  8. Alerte Radar android auto en mode horizontal

    onjour,
    Quand est prévue la maj sur Waze pour la prise en compte des zones de dangers (radar) en versions en horizontal sur les smartphones et véhicules. J'explique. Lorsque mon smartphone est vertical, j'ai bien la barre verte mais quand il est en horizontal, ce n'est pas le cas. Beaucoup d'utilisateurs de sont plaints de ça , quand est-ce que les développeurs vont prendre en compte ces revendications ?

  9. Android auto integration

    Android auto integration is pretty terrible. Search has no voice option. And when I switch to spotify it's just a blank screen when loved to the side widget screen, it really only shows next turn if actively using navigation. There is such a missed opportunity like how Google maps does their integration.

  10. Wase on Android Auto has no hebrew voice support

    In Wase on Android I can enter addresses by voice in Hebrew. Doesn't work via Android Auto. Should be activated. Also google keyboard understands hebrew on Android but not on Android Auto.

  11. Trajectcontrole beter opvolgen

    Is het mogelijk om de gemiddelde snelheid weer te geven tijdens een trajectcontrole?
    Visueel op het autoscherm en eventueel een bieptoon als de snelheid wordt overschreden.
    De groene balk 'die aanduid hoelang de controle nog duurt' die op de telefoon wordt weergegeven komt ook niet op het scherm.

  12. Enable speed and associated icons to be placed on the left or the right side of the navigation screen at drivers discretion

    Currently speed icons only display on right side of navigation screen. I drive a right hand drive car and speed icons are obscured by steering wheel and indicator stalks. It would be nice to have option to display the icons on the left or the right side of navigation screen at driver's discretion to facilitate clearer display depending on car navigation screen installed position.

  13. Destination preview in Android Auto

    When using the assistance, waze often chooses the wrong destination. It would be super helpful to see the destination for a few seconds before the route actually kicks in. Or to be able to confirm.

  14. Please book back the option for vehicle stopped on road

    But last update removed option for vehicle stopped on road you have a choice of objects stopped or vehicle on shoulder, since then I've come up with two times cars have broken down on the roadway

  15. Android Auto Dashboard navigation information/Steering wheel control

    Make Navigation information available in the Dashboard of the Car.

    If I use google maps I have navigation information like "turn left in 400m" in the dashboard (next to the speedometer) and can use the main screen e.g. for music control or other apps.
    Would be nice if Waze would also support the additional dashboard options.

    Also in google maps its possible to select the last locations in the dashboard with buttons on the steering wheel, but not in waze pleas add this also.

    Beste,

    Op de GSM zie je een groene balk die de trajectcontrole aangeeft. Dit gebeurt niet op android auto navigatie van de auto.
    Dit zou wel een mooie optie zijn die veel mensen zou helpen

  17. Update "auto focus" on notifications

    I use Waze on my Android linked with Android Auto in my Mazda CX5. It has a display, but not a touch screen. When it comes up with a notification like "vehicle on shoulder" I can never get the focus to stay on "Not There" or "Still There" because every time the mileage updates, the focus jumps to the "Search" icon. Do not change FOCUS when mileage updates.

    Desde ultima actualizacion los avisos de camaras/radares de trafico se quedan fijos en pantalla y no avisa del siguiente radar a no ser que se reinicie la ruta. Sugiero dejar como en anterior version 4.88.0.2

  20. Improve brightness using Android Auto with MyLink. Waze Brightness does not decrease and causes unsafe driving for the driver.

    Improve brightness when used in Android Auto. Waze's brightness - even in night mode - is so great that it causes unsafe driving for the driver.
