    My mind wanders as I drive and a lot of the time I will think of important things that need to be done/revisited when I am not driving. It would be really nice if there was a way to somehow record notes to myself as I drive that I can then access when I am safely at my destination.

    Stop turning on Amazon Music I have to force stop Amazon EVERY SINGLE TIME I OPEN the app. STOP JUST STOP. I could see if I opened it but I'm 100% not..

  5. iHeartRadio

    I loved being able to have iHeartRadio interface with Waze automatically. However when I installed it on my new phone, it won't load iHeartRadio and tells me I have to open the app separately. I attempted to uninstall iHeartRadio and install it through the Waze app and I get an error code every time. Please fix this issue.

  8. fix app crashes before reading other tips which is getting ridiculous

    fix the app crashes before reading other tips, it has been almost a year that waze crash like many I read around, I have a samsung a52, but I see in the forums that many have this problem during normal use crash continuously becoming dangerous in the driving, especially on the bike since with gloves I can't reactivate waze, maybe it opens by itself to go back to the last route but after 3 minutes it crashes again

  10. Please ask Map Editors to use better tone in their responses to route recommendations.

    Please see the last dialogue I had with a map editor regarding a potentially dangerous turn in the driving directions. His/her answer was unfortunate.

    כיום בעת השימוש בוויז בדו גלגלי קשה מאוד לראות את המפה בעת חבישת משקפי שמש. הבעיה ידועה בקרב נהגי דו גלגלי. אני מניח שזה נובע מהתאמת התצוגה לאור השמש.

  15. Fix your support process

    Your support experience ranks among the least functional support experiences that I have dealt with... and I am in technical support.

    While I understand the desire and need for self-resolution, your support experience is extremely difficult to navigate, and achieving self-help is vague, at the very best.

    Y'all need to get some user testing involved with your processes, because it is quite evident that you aren't using any user feedback.

    I am about to get rid of this app altogether due to poor support and useless, intrusive "features" that have degraded the user experience to the point that the app…

  16. Is it possible to display place names as candidates from information on Google Maps?

    Usually, I open Google Maps, pick up names, and write them down.

    The top line to directions stating immediate turns is not visible, especially in landscape mode on iphone 12 pro max. Its scary to try to figure out direction and memorize it as well:(
