please add an option to the waze app under HAZARDS that states when lights are not working.
Ability to tell users when lights are down and only flashing as well as habing an option for BOTH sides of the road

Change the color of the orange ride sharing icon to green once someone is actually sharing.
That little orange icon that let's you know that your ride is live is really small. The only way to tell if someone is actually following your ride is if the tiny 0 changes to the number of friends following. Could it change to green so that I just have to take my eyes off the road briefly to tell if I'm being shared?

Halloween ghost hunting could be fun if there were more ghosts out there. We go riding, looking for ghosts, and they just aren't there. Just a fun family activity after dinner.

8 digits Phone Numbers in French Polynesia
Phones Numbers in French Polynesia are in 8 Numbers format since July 2014 instead of 6. Please can you upgrade ? Since it is impossible to send an SMS for a security code.

Pop-ups on top of pop-ups
Sometimes, especially during rush hour, I receive several pop-ups in a short period of time but when I clear the visible pop-up, thumbs up or not there, the previous pop-ups disappear. All pop-ups received should remain until either cleared or they time-out.

3.9 waze does not fit my iPad mini. Can you please fix it with your next update. I use landscape in car. 3.9 killed it!
Fix the screen size problem that came in with 3.9 update please! Someone please install it to a iPad mini to see the problems. From install to use its messed up! Please!

I didn't feel like doing my hair today so a generic hat would be nice. Maybe some eye black to complete my game face.

Illuminated roads
Since I am an enthusiastic runner, I'd like to know which roads have street lights. This can also come in handy to plan a safe route home for the girls.

The target for the "Yes" and "No" buttons needs to be larger.
When you're asking me to confirm where I'm going on a navigation you have the Yes/No buttons far too close to the edge. And when you barely miss the Yes/No buttons it cancels the navigation entirely. I'm not going to be super accurate on my tap locations when I'm operating a vehicle. Make the buttons bigger and/or move them away from the edge of that popup. Otherwise I will get distracted even more when I have to start up the navigation again.

Icons Instead Of Text
I suggest that all the reporting options should appear as large icons instead of text. In fact it should take up the whole page. It is much easier to quickly press a regularly used reporting feature than to go through a few steps for the same kind of report.

Mark button on map
Could there be a "mark" button on the map to get the exact place on the road before then looking for the appropriate and correct response as you have past the problem, accident or camera by the time you post

Safety directions in a city like Sao Paulo is more important than quickness!
Sao Paulo is a very complicated city and we have to face huge problems regarding violence everyday. I would like that Waze could be able to consider safety directions more than arrive fast at a destination. It would make all difference if we could report safe places or not. The thing is that I rather prefer to arrive in my final destination safely than not or faster.

Clean up Navigation route
Make your navigation route easier to see in congested areas by removing all the stuff not on your route. When using navigation, remove alerts, users, and traffic that are not on the identified route. Also, allow for traffic condition to be seen under the navigation route.

the selection of duration of roadblocks doesn't work
In WP you have the selection box, but you're no able to select the duration of the road blocks or traffic jams

Too many detours off the route and then right back to the same route
We were driving last night using the app and numerous times it wanted us to exit, make 8 or so turns and return to the same route! Very distracting and it was late!

Multiple Entries in the Phone D <irectory.
The initial setup populated my phone directory with duplicates making it now three times larger, separating each Google account. It should only attach itself to the primary account directory and give the option to include or exclude contacts.
