Add Uservoice plugin to iPhone client
UserVoice are currently developing a uservoice plugin for the iPhone. It would be great to see this added to waze when it's finished.

geotagged photo's
Add a function to take geotagged photo's and show them on the map. This way you can take a picture of a street sign, and later enter the street name in cartouche without having to look it up on another map

Loading Status
I find that usually waze appears to load quite quickly, but will then freeze intermittently and loosing GPS lock whilst actually finishing 'loading' (Contacting server etc). It would be good it some form of message or progress bar could be shown so that it is obvious that it is still loading and not actually frozen

Gas
I took a recent driving trip from MN to WA. The gas feature was useless. It would show stations 500 miles away or show stations I passed 30 miles ago. It should know the direction I am going and you should have a button you can push to see the prices right on the map in the direction you are going. Right now the feature does me no good. Also the reason why it should display on the map like you see in has buddy is to keep your eyes on the road and not scrolling through a list. One…

Mazda HUD - Active Driving Display
Feature request: Waze navigation directions on Mazda Active Driving Display via Apple CarPlay
I own a 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature equipped with Mazda’s Active Driving Display (HUD). When using Waze through Apple CarPlay, navigation directions are displayed on the main infotainment screen but are not shown on the vehicle’s HUD.
Apple Maps and Google Maps are able to provide navigation information to compatible vehicle displays through CarPlay. I would like to request that Waze implement support for sending turn-by-turn navigation metadata to compatible HUDs and instrument clusters through Apple CarPlay.

Pop up
Why is it that 5-10mins into my journey I need a pop up which is basically forcing me to use voice reporting for hazards? The choices are to accept it or accept it later when it pops up again. It blocks the entire screen and doesn't leave until you physically make a choice (illegal if you do it while driving and a pain in the @ss when on the motorbike wearing gloves). Voice ads for road trips: let the navigation voice tell me where to eat
Driving Ibagué to Pereira in Colombia, a 5-hour intercity route I didn't know. Around 12:30 I was hungry. I never stopped — not because there was nowhere to eat, but because I couldn't tell what anything cost, and I wasn't going to pick up my phone to search at highway speed.
Waze already tells me about speed bumps, police and crashes by voice, because voice is the only channel that works while I'm actually driving. But every ad Waze shows me is on a screen I'm not looking at.

Adjust the GPS based on vehicle speed and speed limit signs.
I’m a Waze user from Vietnam, and I would appreciate improvements to GPS speed accuracy with faster, more responsive updates, as well as the ability to customize the size of the speed display and speed limit signs, including a larger, high-visibility mode to better support drivers with myopia, astigmatism, or other visual impairments.

Extremely dangerous unimportant pop up
Everytime im riding my motorcycle, half way into the navigation, a pop up "do you want to enable voice commands for reporting" pops up. I selected no multiple times, but it shows up each trip every, single, time. And this is while im riding my motorbike, in the middle of the navigation, both hands on handlebar focusing on the road, and this stupid dangerous pop up BLOCKS THE WHOLE SCREEN. AI Pothole & Speed Bump Detection via Phone Sensors (Waze for Cities)
I submitted this exact concept to Google a long time ago, but no action was taken. I am bringing it here today because Waze is the perfect platform to finally make this happen.Waze should implement passive, background telemetry analysis using the smartphone's built-in accelerometer and gyroscope. An AI algorithm can easily recognize the distinct physical patterns of hitting a pothole or crossing a speed bump. Add warhammer 40k voiceline i.e. ultra marines, heratics etc
If you add ultra marines please make them say something like "brother, turn left in 500m" you could also add the dreadnoughts, and if it's the heretics then before you start driving it could say "blood for the blood god, skulls for the skull throne"

Moto mode

EV Charger filter and available charger display
The Charing point button in the search while navigating should display a map alongside the list. (similar to the smartphone app.)
The results should have a filter for charging speed. (Similar to the smartphone app)
The result should show the current state of the charger as well as the number of free and occupied chargers available for your vehicle.
(Like it does in the smartphone app.)All of these are there already, just non of these are implemented in a good and usable state for CarPlay.

Notification
I recently used a GPS app (Waze) to visit a restaurant, but I had to return home empty-handed because it was closed. If the app asked one more time when searching for a location, "It is closed today, but would you still like to visit?", I think such wasted trips would be avoided. Is this suggestion helpful?
