    I am taxi and Uber-taxi driver in Boston MA, USA.
    On my Uber Partner App., I use WAZE as GPS navigator.
    One time, I turned on navigation future to go to customer’s destination.
    At the same time customer used WAZE App, sitting in the back sit of my car, to navigate to same destination.
    We were surprised: both navigators showed different directions.
    What is it, different settings on WAZE App. (I am new user; use WAZE App. only two months)?

    Fantastic app, horribly frustrating TS!! (With new phone) "YOU LOOK FAMILIAR" has totally wrong info and no way out. Can't post without signing in! Losing months of points & rankings doubly frustrating. Help!!

    When I us this app and turn down a rad the map does turn it stays one way and that it like I'll turn and it would look like am going upside down I have to turn my phone upside down just to know where am going . If you don't get one am saying email me back and I'll explain it more if I can .

  12. That the expected arrival .... o'clock.

    Dear developer!

    Fuckit a very long time I use the application, is extremely proud of.
    My question would be:

    I often use this application so that it runs in the background and the display is turned off.

    It would be helpful if certain point of time as the application is expected to announce the time of arrival.
    Not too often to be annoying, but it can be switched off, this option could also be an option.

    I think that the destination is entered after the text greeting when the program thanks and good wishes your way, announce to the expected…

  17. Give an easier way to contact Waze!

    My drive info isn't being populated and I can't contact anybody for help. it's been a week now and nothing is appearing. I need to info for exact mileage info.

    I'm not happy that help just takes me around in circles and nobody is answering my query on the forum either. It's quite shocking that there is no level of support available.

    Posting here since there is no way to contact support except here.

  20. Only place I could find to ask for help. I got new phone, and accidentally started a new acct with the same phone #. Now won't load either

    I need help! I got a new phone and when I went to Waze app, I tried to log in, but created a new acct instead with the same phone number. Now it won't load either account. A suggestion would be to have somewhere to get technical support. The forums are a jumble of info.
