Waze tries to send me back to it's initial route rather than calculating options from my current path. i need more characters to explain.
When Waze gives me an initial route it always tries to send me back to that route. For example i was exiting a fast food parking lot and it would be very difficult to go left. I knew there was a route to the right but it wasn't showing up. I turned right anyway and Waze kept trying to turn me around. I thought I finally drove far enough to get the new route, so i listened when it told me to turn right. Long story short, it drove me through a neighborhood, slowly, making many turns, and ended up…

you have the most moronic login system ever
This is idiotic, did someone have a stroke while doing this? This is why I stopped using this years ago, there was a login problem, tried to get back in, couldn't said screw it. Years later, EXACT SAME ISSUE and I see hundreds of posts on the same thing. Auto zoom:Please bring it! I hate it so much, im no longer leaving the display on... which means I’m not getting ads
Now that you remove the option to disable the auto zoom I am now not even looking at the map anymore which means I’m not getting your ads that people are paying for. It is super distracting and it makes me dizzy and I get confused on where I am. Please, bring back the feature you want to add that allowed us to disable the auto zoom.

Directions should use only actual destination, not full road sign text
Sometimes a road sign lists two different destinations. Waze reads the whole content of the sign and not just my destination. This makes me unsure if I'm on the right route.

Sugiro que na tela dos avisos de situações que damos durante a viagem existam ícones diretos (congestionamento, perigo, buraco, policia). Entrar nas sub telas e dirigir ao mesmo tempo fica muito perigoso. Muitas vezes não há como compartilhar os problemas. Obrigado.

toll 99
Toll 99 in Houston, TX.... For some reason, Waze is no longer utilizing Toll Road 99 in Houston as an option for travel. The road shows on the map, but Waze acts like it is not there. This is resulting in my household not using Waze, which is our preferred navigation tool.

Voice Activation
Can be used to confim/add road hazards and traffic situations. Example: hey siri, car stopped on shoulder or hey siri, confirm road stopped and it will add it. A app called Yazio does something similar where you can add 12 oz of water to your daily intake (calorie counter app)

More Avatars!
We need more Avatars and I think the best and most fun way would be through achievements.
Like if you are constantly helping out by reporting traffic and potholes etc.
If you pull over to help someone who requested help.
If your active in or start a chat room.
I feel this would make Waze have a fun side which users can get involved in. (Personally I drive alot in my own time and have been doing the Waze achievements, but I would like more things to unlock and complete 🙂 )

Android auto - car head unit layout
I think the app layout when on the car head unit display should be split. (It has already been suggested in a post about low resolutions)
- A split display could make it a lot clearer, since with the current floating turn directions/menu, the map is partially hidden when your route takes you left (since the car icon doesn't have enough horizontal offset)
- A delimited box for the map could enhance its visibility.
- The instructions pane could take the whole height of the display and thus use larger fonts/icons or provide better overall readability2 votes -
All the audio apps appear to be streaming. What about MP3 players? I use MediaMonkey.
Please add MediaMonkey MP3 player to available audio apps.

Sería espectacular que Waze diera un tono de anuncio antes de brindar las indicaciones, similar a los vuelos comerciales (se da un tono corto antes de los anuncios del Piloto o los Sobre-cargos).

The use of HUB mobile navigator bracket is great for safe driving.
To the Waze creator/s,
It would be nice to have such a great navigator like Waze to install an invert screen of the map and data so we can use with HUB mobile navigation bracket. There are others who offer the invert screen to reflect the Hub but they are unreliable. Waze is the best and we users should have those features so we don't have to use any other navigator. Now I'm force to use Navmii but I really want Waze to guide me. :(

Rock Creek Parkway
Waze knows that Rock Creek Parkway in Washington DC is closed to north or south bound traffic on weekdays during rush hour, but it doesn’t know that these closures don’t happen on federal holidays so you’re instructed to take a longer route even though the parkway is open. Please consider modifying this.

I think the stopped car icon should be removed from list of items to be marked. It’s seems to be the most prevalent post little value.
Add cop location, left side/right side to map so you know to move over.
