  1. Trajectcontrole beter opvolgen

    Is het mogelijk om de gemiddelde snelheid weer te geven tijdens een trajectcontrole?
    Visueel op het autoscherm en eventueel een bieptoon als de snelheid wordt overschreden.
    De groene balk 'die aanduid hoelang de controle nog duurt' die op de telefoon wordt weergegeven komt ook niet op het scherm.

  2. Show international borders on route

    It would be very helpful to show international borders. For some reason these are not visible once the route is chosen. Due to uncertain wait times at some borders, which Waze isn't very good at calculating, it would be helpful to at least display them and let drivers make choices based on other information (there are other apps that monitor these wait times, such as Border Watch). Also, had I not already known that Waze was sending me through Albania, I would have been unable to avoid additional charges, hassles, and delays (Albania requires extra documentation from European drivers that…

  4. Display current speed and limit when approaching speed camera

    Currently speed camera alert covers whole bottom screen and hides current speed and allowed speed.

    It would be super useful even just to see allowed speed!

  5. Keep Waze Voice (English) but pronounce street and business names in local (second) language.

    When Waze Voice is set to English it misprounces the street and business names due to English setting. It would be useful for Quebec Canada, or when users travel abroad. Ex: Turn right on (local pronouncation of street name)

  6. Closed locations

    Multiple times, I have been taken miles off of my route to go to a certain store or rest stop or gas station, only to arrive and discover that it’s either permanently closed or hasn’t been opened for business yet (I’m not talking business hours. I’m talking “still under construction.”) this is infuriating. Please allow us to mark locations as permanently closed or have the app notify us that it’s not open yet.     Waze should have a weather integration where you can see local radar on the map as you drive (able to toggle it on/off). It would allow for real time weather and traffic updates.

  11. Add a new german TTS voice

    Currently there is only one german TTS voice. A new german TTS voice or the option to use 3rd party TTS voices like Siri or Google TTS would be nice.

  12. 'Plan a Delivery'

    I'm a fast food delivery driver who uses Waze to get around it would be nice to have next to recent, saved places & plan a drive a plan a delivery option where you can quickly add multiple destinations similar to add a stop apart from you can add more than one and it automatically does the nearest locations first, obviously this isn't useful for people not working in delivery so I'd suggest hiding the option by default and have a delivery driver setting to reveal it

    Above tunnel is now prohibited access for commercial vehicles - Need a way to add the option to avoid it as Waze does with toll roads.

    Seen that you no longer associate with Facebook, I can’t follow my friends on Waze. Why don’t you create your own social media platform so Waze users can follow their from around the country and world to share their travels.
    Very disappointed I can’t connect with friends on Waze.

  15. Show alternate route traffic

    Give the capability to tap the screen to see alternate route traffic. For instance, Original Route goes from Point A to B to C to D to E. Along the way, WAZE reroutes and goes from A to B to M to N to E.
    It would be beneficial to the user to be able to tap the screen, and see both routes- the new one, and the original with red where the traffic is.

  16. Waze should have Patch Notes for every update. Let Users know what has changed with each new version (dropped support, improved support etc)

    Patch Notes, like those implemented in every online game in the past two decades, would drastically reduce User issue-reporting (with the app) due to misunderstanding of which Waze features are supported, which are not, which features have lost support and where etc.

    Just every time the User updates the app, upon next sign-in, just flash a dialogue box with the latest patch notes (perhaps a link).

    As an aside: the Help Center could be more clear and specific about how certain features (e.g., speed camera alerts) work. The exact parameters for getting audible speed camera alerts are not known and…

  17. Sunglare warning

    Every morning, there are so many unnecessary accidents and traffic delays because people don't know how to put on sunglasses in the morning. Having a sunglare warning...and one that tells people to wear their sunglasses...might help...so people don't seemed shocked when they come around a curve and the sun is in their face again. Makes driving to work so frustrating when people seemed shocked every time. Please please please add a Sunglare Weather Hazard soon.

  18. add the vehicles from a online database

    I think it would be interesting to add the vehicles from a online database, for example: Choose PRIVATE VEHICLE -> Ford-> Focus-> MK2 and that the data of that vehicle appears as dimensions of length, width and height, and that the height of a tunnel and if my truck is very high and will not go through the tunnel, let me know and make me an alternative route.

  20. road block reporting on car play

    In car play, reporting road block is not possible. To report a road block you will have to disconnect and report through your phone which is 1. Time consuming 2. Inconvenient and most importantly, very dangerous! I don’t understand why this crucial function is not available in car play mode. This is critical in reporting real time and safety!
