  2. Import Addresses for route optimization

    Route4Me just lost functionality so Waze has an opportunity here... especially if you want to offer individuals a free plan but then sell to corporations a route optimization tool for their field reps/drivers.
    I used that app for 5 years and was able to import an excel file with my client addresses, they now shut off that option for individuals and you can only access it from a corporate account.

    Basically if I have 10 clients on excel I need to go to today, I want to be able to import that into Waze, and then Waze will "optimize" the…

  5. An easy to find link that list all the terms for reporting that waze will reconize.

    When I’m driving with Waze, I hear reports for many different road issues. However, when I try to report those same issues using the exact wording Waze uses, the app doesn’t recognize them. For example, Waze announces a “pothole,” but to report it, you have to say “pothole on road.”
    There should be a list accessible from the three-line menu in the top-left corner that shows each incident and the exact terms required to report it. This would reduce frustration and encourage more users to report issues.

  6. Userability Issue: Notifications show up and cover important info on screen

    Notifications about police, accidents, speed traps and cameras show upon the lower left corner of the screen and cover up important information. These notifications should show up elsewhere, so the important information isn't covered. Move the notifications to the top middle of the screen. There is no useful info there.

    I would like to see a feature where I can tag an Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR/LPR) as a hazard to ensure drivers are aware of cameras being utilized in their area. Thank you

  10. Placing speed bumps from the app.

    Hello, it would be interesting to have a way to add speed bumps to the map, mainly because in some places they are placed without permission and this subsequently causes accidents. One way to control this so that people do not abuse the system would be to require a certain number of users to confirm that the speed bump is in that location, so that the app then leaves it there permanently.

  14. Clearer speed limit alerts for speed cameras and average speed zones

    I would like to suggest a feature that could significantly improve driving safety and usability in Waze.

    Currently, when approaching a speed camera, Waze alerts the driver about the camera, but the associated speed limit is not always clearly highlighted or immediately noticeable. It would be very helpful if the speed limit for that specific camera were displayed more prominently on the screen, making it easier for drivers to recognize it instantly.

    An even more important improvement could be made for average speed control zones (Tutor systems). At the moment, the voice alert only says “You are entering a speed-controlled…

  15. Entrance to Valencia Walk at Riverland is on SW Sea Jewel not Marshall Parkway.

    The main entrance to Valencia Walk at Riverland is on SW Sea Jewel not Marshall Parkway. Only residents can enter on Marshall Parkway. When coming from the north, Waze is sending me past SW Sea Jewel to Marshall Parkway. This is more than a mile out of my way. Guest coming to my home in Valencia Walk can not enter off of Marshall Parkway. Please fix this .

  16. Alertas atrapalhando ao deslocar rota para a direita

    Não gostei da posição dos alertas no lado esquerdo superior da tela, fazendo com que a imagem do alerta desloque a rota para o lado direito e em um tamanho menor, dificultando visualização da rota. O mais importante em apps de navegação é a rota, e não os alertas. Os alertas são bons, ajudam, porém, deviam aparecer no lado direito, sem atrapalhar a imagem da rota. Gostaria de publicar imagens aqui, porém não encontrei campo. Grato, Roger

  17. Map editers can notified on app

    As editers we only get notified when we log on the map editer. Would be good for us to be notified of changes or errors via the app.

  18. Invisible RTC's and visible TBR's

    Add the ability to control the visibility of TBR and RTC in the client (and define it in WME).
    They say they often use the wrong type, just to match the required visibility.

  19. Allow users to keep hands on the keyboard until done typing

    As a general principal of design, please allow the user to keep both hands on the keyboard until done typing information

    Examples of desired behavior:
    Places - After entering address, use the return/ enter key to activate the "apply" button. Or else automatically apply address changes when tab is used to advance to another field. (Currently, we have to move hand to mouse, click apply, find correct place on keyboard, and then use tab to advance to name field and resume typing)

    Closures - After entering description, use the tab key to advance to "direction" (Currently, this does not work).…

  20. Clean restrictions type

    Hi

    Now that restrictions are limited to actual supported vehicules, can data be cleaned in those actives?

    Truck, coach... are visible but can't be deleted.
