We plan to work on Quick-report presets in the near future. In the meantime, make sure you’ve got the latest version of Waze for all the latest features.

I would also like a quick preset option. Too many taps while your driving with the current UI.

Would love this also. There are a couple of these requests but worded differently. Would be nice to collapse into the one with the most votes (which I think is this one).
