    Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

    Every day I have to ignore the (only) route Waze suggests out of 3 similar ones for my commute to work. It ALWAYS sends me on one specific road, which I hate driving, unless the traffic backup is 10+ minutes longer than the other two routes, then it might offer me the alternatives.

    I would love to be able to add a weight/penalty to the dreaded road where I could specify some number of minutes where the hated route wouldn't even show unless it was 15 minutes faster than all alternatives, or something like that. You wouldn't really have to change the routing algorithm, just let me add a penalty to any road I don't like driving on.
