Auto return to navigating when call answered
Please develop s feature where the phone returns to the navigation automatically when answering a call. This will greatly enhance hands frwe capability of Waze since I won't have to practically return to navigation.

Additional hazard icons
Add "Truck" as an additional hazard icon. I just saw an 18 wheeler last night entering the entrance to the North Bronx River Parkway just 100 feet from going under a low bridge.

Ich gahre öfers über die grenze nach tschechien. Danach muss ich waze deinstallieren da dann nur mehr tschechisch gesprochen wird...
Grenzübertritt waze spricht danach nur mehr tschechisch... Deinstallation erforderlich... echt blöd bitte ändern

Overlay minimap
This is a must! Google has it and it is so useful! Why do I have to enter the map every time I want to check something?

When we're rerouted to avoid congestion it would really be helpful to get a brief reason.
When Waze reroutes us to avoid congestion, it would be very helpful if it could briefly announce "rerouting due to congestion" or words to that effect so we'll know that the apparently strange new route isn't the result of an inadvertent electronic "hiccup."

Select Alerts
Please make it so you can elect which alerts you want to receive during navigation. On long drives, there are multiple alerts that aren't necessarily relevant. Selecting only police, traffic, and hazards IN the road would eliminate a lot of alerts.

Calcular semáforo aberto
Com ajuda dos usuários o app poderia calcular a velocidade na rota para conseguir pegar o semáforo aberto/verde. Ainda que com o trânsito dadas as informações prestadas e coletadas, seria possível chegar a denominador comum para não ficar parado no semáforo. Acredito que em cidade menores de 80 mil habitantes é perfeitamente possível implementar a ferramenta.

The Green line - (Energy/ Gasoline)
The green line- When a Wazer checks optional routes (and also in the preferences/initial destination route) the most energy efficient route shall be marked as the "Green Line".The Wazer should provide Waze with its car model, design, and year so Waze could calculate the energy consumption.There is a difference between the routes because of distance, time, type of ride etc.At the end of the ride the Wazer will be provided with estimated carbon footprint.From Waze perspective - much more data... and from there you can think about many products and ways to monetize it

J'habite Paris et j'utilise Waze depuis de nombreuses années.
Depuis plusieurs semaines, Waze perd ma position lorsque je passe sous un pont ou lorsque je tourne brutalement.
De plus, Waze beaucoup de temps à retrouver ma position.

Fix Carplay Issue 🙄
This issue has been going on for a while & it does not matter if you use a certified charger cord- the infotainment system will still reboot. Dangerous & bad for business. I’ve had to rely on Google Maps.

Add closure report to Android Auto
There does not appear to be a way to report a temporary closure of a road due to an accident, etc. from within the Waze Android Auto interface. Please consider adding this feature.

Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Currently Not Planned since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.
We hope to include it in our plans for later down the line.
