7. Add Dismiss/Ignore/Close/X button on alerts and warnings

   My screen is constantly flooded with Car on Shoulder, Object on Road, etc etc etc all the time. They take up half the screen! When these pop up, I can't report other hazardous things because these alerts and warnings take away the Report button.

   Allow us to dismiss, ignore, close, or exit out of alerts and warnings, rather than just "Still There" and "Not There". There is a huge difference in these.

9. Car Play Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze Turn By Turn Dirrections Appearing On Instrument Cluster

   Please allow users to enable and disable turn-by-turn directions in the instrument cluster. I don’t want to see it on my instrument cluster when I already have it on my navigation screen. Turn-by-turn directions on the instrument cluster were only available before on Apple Maps, recently Google Maps added it without any mention in the app update notes and no option in the settings to turn it off. I’m glad it’s not yet available on Waze because users can not turn off this feature in vehicle settings CarPlay settings, phone settings not even steering wheel settings! The only way to disable it is with a dealer scan tool! Unless Apple, Maps Car CarPlay, and Waze add this as an option in their next update please make it an option in the settings for on / off to give customers the choice on the maps they are using. I have spent hours doing research and reading forums users are frustrated. I contacted Apple Maps / CarPlay and Google Maps as well. They need to add this as an option because what customers like me have discovered is that it’s not necessary to show it in the instrument cluster when it’s been previewed on a large navigation screen. Let me know if this clears up confusion. Please help to get this resolved next update need and include it in the update notes. 11. Pause Other Audio, not lower volume

    I've seen claims there's a feature to pause spoken audio or other things when alerts come through - but I do not see that feature in settings. While the lowered volume when alerts come in isn't a problem for music, it is not ideal for listening to podcasts or long form video/audio essays, which is often what I am playing.

    It lowers the volume of what is playing and then speaks over it, making it difficult for me to make out the alert it is giving anyway. I just started using this app in the past few days but this is the consistently biggest gripe for me, in an otherwise pretty great app so far.

    Problem: After a Waze update (around 6 months ago), the integration with YouTube Music stopped showing the song title when switching tracks via the steering wheel buttons in the car.

    Expected behavior: When a new song starts (either automatically or by switching with steering wheel buttons), Waze should display the song title in the popup, the same way it still works in Spotify.

    Actual behavior: Waze only shows the song title if the song starts automatically. When switching tracks with steering wheel controls, no song title appears.

    Additional info: Spotify and other music players work correctly — the issue only affects YouTube Music.

    But I want to use the second option, so each time I have to open and choose that option.
    
    My suggestion is to make a favorite icon in front of this road.
    
    When that road is a favorite, it means it will be the first option even if it’s not the shortest one.

    The name of the streets hides the visual information of the map in intersections or roundabout. This is a problem, not a suggestion. The voices information is important but the visual indications are important too.
