Voice search button for destinations using apple carplay.
Carplay voice input was taken away (microphone icon). I can no longer search via voice for directions to any place. Now I can only use iphone maps or google maps. Seems strange to remove a vital feature as now I cannot get directions to places with my voice.

Select what hazards to hear
Allow the user to select what notifications to hear. I don’t care about stopped cars but I do about objects on the road or police.
Most notifications are for stopped cars and I honestly have turned off all notifications and just hope I see relevant info on the map.
Needs to work with CarPlay etc as well.

Railway Crossing Time
It's interesting to understand where are railway crossing, but where's the difference if they're open or closed? If Waze could understand with higher precision as possibile when the train passes through that way, you could reduce even more delays due train,
Higher Level Editors could edit Railway Crossing and insert when the road is blocked, with a range of variable timing (ex. 1.30 , +-5 min.). Drivers could activate option "Avoid closed Railway Crossing" to evaluate a journey where crossing are open or alternative ways if when you travel along that road, on that time, the crossing could be closed.

Don't send me driving into a fire zone in San Francisco.
Driving around SF last Tuesday morning. Used Waze and was directed into an area where there was a huge fire which had been ongoing for a few hours.
And later that afternoon (7-hours later) it directed me again to the area still closed by that very fire.

Road speed option
In motorcycle it does not avoid highways very well. Have an option to select the speed(and avobe) of the road you would like to avoid. Example avoid all roads that have a speed limit of 45mph or higher

Night mode issue
Previously with CarPlay set to Dark mode (which I think makes it easier to see CarPlay functions), Waze when set to “Auto” showed daytime maps when light outside and night versions of maps when dark out (at night or in a garage). Lately, Waze only shows night versions of maps unless CarPlay is set to light mode. I have always had CarPlay on dark mode and this was not an issue. Also note that both Apple Maps and Google Maps show daytime versions of their maps when it is daylight outside even with CarPlay on dark mode, just as Waze…

Palisades parkway
Hi my name is H. Kraus. If Waze would add an option to tell him not to take me with the Palisades parkway in N.Y. I don't know why he always want's me to take the Palisades.

Deveria existir a opção de retirar o alerta colocado, seja por engano, acidente ou por ter sido solucionado o problema.
Alertas do Waze são muito importantes. Inclusive são usados até por telejornais e noticiários.

Write an accident
Give please a chance to write comments and write accident on any place on the map. Imagine, that i can't write it now in the car and want do it at home or in the patrol after 5 minutes left.

Don’t just do better. Be the BEST!
You guys need to give up on trying to be Google and just join with Google. Your search function is sub par at best compared to Google’s. Your restaurant suggestions are always Waffle House, McDonalds and some 2000 mile away hole in the wall that serves Rocky Mountain Oysters for lunch special. Don’t get me started on your fuel search feature. I might as well just get ready to push when I run out of gas. The only changes that you have made to your app in the last five years are adding Spotify (poor integration IMO) and aesthetics.

Things to fix...
1. Allow more details when reporting a map issue, not just a button to report with no info. If there is a way to type in info, its not obvious or maybe we need an option to go back and add details before hitting report.
2. When sending an email to users asking for more info, tell them exactly how to do it, form letters or copy and paste are really easy.
3. Allow a way to reply directly to an email with the info
